You can check it yourself on the official mokee rom site under download section our device codename lavender is listed.

Hi, got the official xiaomi for a while and try the mokee one (seems based on the huawei P20 pro) some display bugs and seems to drain battery very quick

There are already some custom roms for the redmi note 9 pro/s but not for the redmi note 9.
Not yet, maybe we should wait till Mi release merlin kernel source
I suggest you to keep on stock rom firmware only.
Root it with magisk. Flash it with twrp.
And everything is fine.
