How to fix this?
I fixed it by going to Firefox mobile settings -> Accessibility and turning off the "QR code reader" setting

After installing the "Official Facebook" App I noticed that the social updates for the gallery were no longer working. I am presuming that the stock Moto Facebook program "FB Authenticator 2.3.4" is what provides the sync of contacts and social content to the device.
Here is a list of troubleshooting I have completed looking for any insight...
I proceeded to delete the official app and remove Facebook from "My Accounts" and rebooted the device.
FB contacts and contact pics disappeared.
Launched gallery added "social media account" selected the FB icon from My Accounts login was successful. Nothing
Looked at Moto "social networking" app and no FB updates only Linked In
Went to | settings>battery & data manager>data delivery> social applications and enabled Sync over Wifi only. Checked all applications "gallery" shows no FB updates or friends. "social networking" working. No FB contacts in contacts
Went to | manage apps>all>Facebook authenticator : storage and cache read all zeros 0.00 all options greyed out like app is not even running.
I'm having the same issue.. in other forums/threads rumor has it that Google is actively blocking facebook contact integration because Facebook does not allow users to export their data.
If you check apps is Moto Facebook Authenticator 2.3.4 running ?
Friendcaster is all you need.
Did anyone find a fix for this (other than using a 3rd party app like friendcaster) ?
Suddenly my apps no longer request for my fingerprint to open and I need to use a password. This is across the board on all my password apps that I use a fingerprint scanner to access. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Update: was my works security profile (for according work email and calendar). Uninstalled it and fingerprint sensor will log into apps. This must have been a new change to the security profile.
I've calendar synchronization problem and I don't know how to solve it. I'm using lineage 16.

Try deleting your google account off the phone, then adding it again
Deleted Google account, no local account in Google calendar settings, restarted, added again my account and nothing changes! Still empty local account in calendar...

Is it blocked in Pricacy Guard?
"Go to: Settings -> Security & location -> Privacy Guard
Open the advanced menu (3 dots) and select: Enable by default and Show built-in apps.
Search for Google Play Services and turn it on by tapping the entry. A long press will give additional options. There are more Google Apps you should turn it on and revoke permissions like the syncing stuff."
Is anyone on here familiar with bitwarden? I just recently imported over 50 different passwords and logins into the app. And I was able to use my face unlock to secure it.
Maybe I read this incorrectly, but I heard somewhere on Reddit that you can use face unlock to bypass the auto-fill.
So for example, when using a bank app that doesn't support face unlock instead of autofill you can substitute it with face unlock through bitwarden. Is that correct or is there a way to do that? Scotiabank does support face unlock so that's been great but TD Bank does not. And I was hoping I could use this bitwarden trick to make use of the face unlock.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Not sure what you mean by "bypass autofill", but Bitwarden works great for this (so does LastPass, BTW).
When you open your banking (or whatever...) app, just tap in the username or password field. You should see a prompt to "autofill with Bitwarden"; tap that. Then assuming you've set up Bitwarden face unlock, you'll be able to unlock the vault with your face and Bitwarden will show you the list of matching logins; just tap one and it will autofill the username/password.
Some one-time setup for each login might be needed, in particular if the URI saved in Bitwarden is the website URL and android app's package name does not match the website. In those cases, choose "autofill and save" to remember the association after searching for the login.

Thank you for your response, I really appreciate it. What I meant by bypass was essentially when the pop up to autofill shows up. I was hoping to click on the pop up and then it would go to the face unlock once that was done it would automatically input the information and log me in I was hoping to avoid that other step of having to find the correct login in the vault. Is there a way to do that?
Because with Scotiabank supporting face recognition all I have to do when I open the app is click on use face unlock and it just prompted in automatically unlocks my banking app. sometimes I don't even have to push a button the face unlock automatically shows up when the app is opened.

It's not as seamless as when app the app supports face unlock directly. But it should still only be one or two taps. There are three possible scenarios:
If the login is not yet associated with the app: you'll have to search for the login, or it may pop up as a suggestion. This should only happen once; after you choose "Yes, and Save", the association will be saved
After the login is associated, if your vault is locked at the moment: two taps: first tap to "go to my vault", which will do the face recognition, second tap will be on the associated login which will automatically pop up
After the login is associated, if your vault is unlocked at the moment (e.g. because you just used it a few minutes ago): one tap: the name of the login will pop up by the username/password field with Android's autofill support, you just need to tap it.
I was able to install the Google Play Store. Every google app works except this one. Google hangouts is going away so this is the only way I can get messages from hangouts. Not sure why this app crashes on startup. It just crashes right away.
I found another workaround. It seems like chat is integrated into gmail. I tested this even on the iphone and my 2 kindle tablets and it works. Also the video icon works too which doesn't appear in the standalone version for some reason.
Go into gmail settings > tap on the account email address > then scroll down and checkbox chat.
