I tried using the root img in the custom Roms section, and there is no evidence that it works. If anyone can confirm that it works for I3XX devices. (Specifically I3123)
I am currently trying to build a TWRP for this device, i'll upload it when i have done it and tested it.

I am not the most knowledgeable about how to fix this kind of stuff but I do know that this is not enough info for anyone to help you.
What steps have you done to get where you are?
What bootloader version do you have?

If you are rooting just stock and not flashing a rom, make sure to flash that no verity zip (is in the link I sent you) or you will face "only official binaries are allowed" then you will have to flash stock and restart.

You need to flash stock filmware to get rid of this message.
Then you should follow this excellent guide here to help it stop happening again - https://forum.xda-developers.com/sa...w-to/guide-root-install-twrp-samsung-t3747535
If you are wanting to flash a rom, just flash it once you have installed TWRP, as roms have already taken care of the above.
