Hi guys, I have the following issue:
Even with Adaptive brightness off the phone randomly increases screen brightness for a moment like a breathing effect, what am I missing here? Is this a software bug or hardware defect?

Quick question. My initial thought was that by toggling adaptive brightness, it would enable the phone to use the full spectrum of backlighting for the current lighting situation. But, I am finding, that you still need to use the brightness slider to determine the max level brightness that adaptive brightness will go to. Is that correct? Because when I push the slider up to enable more brightness, the phone's screen does become brighter. Can anyone confirm this is how it was designed to work? (I am on stock 5.1 with no mods.)

I have an issue where in the evening my screen display is turned all the way down to the lowest setting, however, with the screen wakeup the lockscreen appears as bright as can be. Once unlocked the screen is dimmed. Am I missing a setting somewhere to control this? TIA
Hello
please guide me if this is a screen issue or some sort of setting ?
In dark mode or low brightness, when i touch the screen, the brightness vibrate or give me a feedback like flickering or vibrating. It appears only on dark mode.
I want to know if this is a screen issue or a software setting and how i change it back.
The anti flicker option doesn't help. Auto brightness is disabled
Thank you.
Does anybody else facing this problem?
Have turned off auto brightness but the phone lowers the brightness all the time super annoying
