No it's said bootloader unlock for me. it's said Allow bootloader to be unlocked ...
I had a a5 2017 last time and it was needed for custom rom and recoveries so why not there ?
Does your have also that ? I know the axon m is probably not able to anything with it. But does the china and russia version are the same ?
Well just got mine and yes in developer mode it gives a button to unlock bootloader. Enabled it and says devices protections will not be usable when this option is chosen.
Mine shows the same thing. Does it actually do anything/let something like Kingo root it?

Sorry for noob question (i dont find it on any forum)
I bought my x8 with simlock (blocked for one operator), but i unclock it. So my manufacture date is 11w11, but in flashtool i see this:

So, this mean i dont have a certificate sim-lock? Can I unclock bootloader without any chance of hardbrick?

You will not be able to unlock your BL safely with the free tools if you have sim unlocked your phone with Omnius.
i think you didnot use the search button...
you can try unlocking with Omnius.
he mentioned it in his guide too:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1254225
" Unlock the bootloader on your sim unlocked phone AT YOUR OWN RISK!"
Sorry. Close the thread.
I also have Unlocked with Omnius and for now, i always Flash Kernel's with Omnius self.
- Choose your Device
- Click Flash
- in "Customization File" looking for your .ftf file
- Enable unsigned Flashing
And lets start...

thanks for your precious advice, after reading your reply I decided to throw it in the sea and I was en route to sea while I saw a Xiaomi service centre, I thought maybe they can help so I cancelled the plan of throwing in the sea and told them the problem and they accepted to fix it.
PLEASE Don't throw mobile phones to nature

Without guaranteeing that it works, but no other choices. Start by using the SAFE MODE function and if no wipe data results.

There are some tools like MTK tools or Sp flash tools which could be useful to you.
These tools may not yet support your device.
This model is recent, returned it under warranty.
