If you have a major bug to report that has not been reported already, please take the following steps to report it to us. It will save you, Team Resurrection Remix and me quite some time.
Download the MatLog app from the Play Store.
After downloading the MatLog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving. As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into MatLog and stop the log recording.
Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the thread with a brief description of the error.

Try with Pixel Factory images of April or March (I updated the step for flash) and I don't think MicroG is supported in Resurrection Remix OS and I said to wipe dalvik's/ART cache not cache (A/B partition don't use cache partition)

Decrypt.zip is included in PitchBlack zip file. You've to flash again zip from any recovery or From Pitchblack to Get decrypt zip and other files which included in PitchBlack recovery zip file
Or you can use this : https://zackptg5.com/downloads/Disable_Dm-Verity_ForceEncrypt_05.21.2019.zip
It is Not Necessary to Backup boot.img after Flashing recovery But it is Recommended to Backup boot.img Before Flashing ForceDecrypt zip, patched boot image or Magisk.
In Case your Device got Stuck in Bootloop after flashing decrypt zip, You can Restore Boot.img.

This is problem in PitchBlack recovery. It can't decrypt data. I'm working on a fix. Untill then you can wipe data in pitchblack once to decrypt it.
Or go back to another recovery

Flashing magisk is not going to help with decrypting data. Either your recovery can decrypt, or it can't. If it can't, and you want to remain encrypted, then you will need another recovery which can decrypt. If you don't mind not being encrypted, then you can format your data ("format", not "wipe"). That will obliterate all the contents of your internal storage - so you had better backup all your photos, videos, etc, before formatting data.
For me works the recovery...but pc doesn't recognize device then...
Work in redmi 7 Global EEA
So whats up with this recovery is it usable or not? Can encryption be removed with formatting data? And also does miui ota survival work? I would like to use this recovery with xiaomi eu rom

Yes, you can
Wipe data and flash any encryption disabler zip
Or patch boot.img with magisk and flash with PB recovery
Pb disables dm-verity so it may cause boot loop on miui. you've disable dm-verity disabler

How Disable Dm-verify method here, automatically or from where?!.
Don`t use this recovery if you are flashing xiaomi.eu rom fingerprint / Pin won`t work no matter what you do use LR Team TWRP.

LineageOS is a free, community-built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 10, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restores the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit our Gerrit Code Review.

I've tried to flash it on my Mi Note 10, but I ended up stuck on bootloop.
Here's what I've exactly done:
- Since I was on MIUI 12.0.2, I've downloaded and flashed MIUI 12.0.3 (the one linked before, recovery version). Although I did flash it, I didn't boot up the phone, nor did go through setup wizard. I just rebooted back to TWR
- Performed Data format (advanced wipe - selected only "Data")
- flashed LOS
- format Dalvik/Cache
- Reboot
Could the issue be not going through first-boot setup after flashing to MIUI 12.0.3? Also, I'm trying to boot my phone on this MIUI right now, but it is definitely stuck on MIUI logo. I guess I screwed up big time.

The thing is, you went to advanced wipe and only picked "Data" only... If you do advanced wipe... You have to also choose "Internal," both "Cache's"and "System". It's easier to just go to "Wipe" press the "Format data" option and type in "yes".
Plus.... when coming from another Miui Rom, you have to wipe everything from the wipe options written above.
So do that.. and then follow the steps below.
-Reboot to TWRP (in case your PC does not see your phone connected to load 12.0.3.0).
-Then load the 12.0.3.0 full rom, flash... "format data option", type in "yes"...
-Reboot to TWRP again.....
-And then flash Lineage, GAPPS and the latest Magisk 21.1.. and reboot "System".
Now if it doesn't come through.. flash 20.4 Magisk first, reboot to TWRP.. flash 21.1 Magisk and reboot "System".

Great to see you on Android 12, will give this a play with later today.
ROM looks good, but mobile data not working at all.
It registers that Verizon is the network, but still also says No Sim card detected.
Does this rom support pixel shifting(burn-in protection)?
I've been hoping that someone could confirm or refute the comment that mobile data doesn't work. Can anyone say?
Also, which recovery is recommended? The only ones I know of (Orangefox & TWRP) claim not to be A12-ready.
Thanks for any advice.
(P. S. Is this correct?
reboot to bootloader
adb flash recovery recovery.img
Should the second command not be "fastboot"?)
Hi,
Mobile data work,
Flash using fastboot installer,
Nikgapps Core work perfectly.

Rename the Long name from the gapps in GAPPS. Put the renamed GAPPS in your adb Folder, reboot in recovery , in recovery you choose Apply update and then Apply from adb then use this Command: adb sideload GAPPS.zip

Do the same with Magisk to root,
Use Magisk 23.0, the 24.1 fail, update in app.
Awsome that it comes without Google spyware, thank you

Yeah, nice to see more ROMs doing that. I might try this on my device soon.
Which recovery should we use? Orange Fox and TWRP are based on 11 so not sure we can go that route.
Look in the Orangefox thread for my comment about TWRP not working but Orangefox working perfectly first time.

After struggling for many hours to install this ROM, I'm now very pleased with it and I'm already looking forward to future updates (no pressure...). On that topic I'd just like to ask about the update script, which mentions reinstalling Gapps. Is this actually necessary, as on previous ROMs Gapps "stuck" between updates? Not a problem, just checking.
Edit: Ah, it occurred to me that when updating I guess the update goes into the inactive slot and would therefore require a new set of Gapps. I also guess that from then on Gapps reinstallation wouldn't be needed.
Finally, against the rules, thanks to firebird11 for this great ROM.
(P.S. Magisk 24.1 works fine for me).
I am on 7.12 version of this rom (android 11). Can I update straight to this one (android 12) without having to do a clean install?
I will try and install this ROM as well now.
I'm on op8t and i tried the crdroid 12 but after installation i went back into recovery and it didn't show the internal storage, at first i thought it was recovery (twrp) so i installed orange fox but same result no access to internal storage.
I don't have this problem with android 11 only on 12 has anyone experienced this if yes please help me solve this problem.

Both can't decrypt internal storage properly on A12. So, it will not work unless ROM doesn't implement encryption on internal storage.
A nice ROM, at least with your build. I tried building it myself, but my build was very unstable and didn't have the fingerprint sensor working. Maybe it's because whole crDroid was in transition between versions (though this shouldn't be an excuse for anything). Your build of the ROM worked flawlessly. Nice to see a ROM without any Google bloat- and spyware. OP Camera and Gallery apps are a nice addition. I'll be sending my 8T to OP for a minor repair soon, would be glad to see an update and a stable codebase until then. Thanks for your work!
Any news for CrDroid 8.2 update... ?

PixelOS is an AOSP based ROM, with Google apps included and all Pixel goodies (launcher, wallpapers, themed icons, google sans fonts, Monet color based system wide theming, boot animation), a fork of OG Pixel Experience with improvements on the top of it. Huge respect to Pixel Experience team for their work, thanks to them for making this ROM possible.
In short a fully functional Pixel Experience with just the right amount of essentials.

This is a guide from a member here with an edit for you:
1) Boot to recovery.
2) Wipe Dalvik, Cache, System, Vendor and Data.
3) Install LATEST firmware. (It's not always necessary, but it doesn't matter if you flash it)
4) Reboot into RECOVERY! (Do not restart the SYSTEM! The system is deleted at this time!).
5) After rebooting to the recovery - flash ROM (ideally with GAPPS).
5) Flash Gapps (if not included in ROM).
6) Format Data. (this is different from step #2)
7) flash latest Magisk (download magisk and change the app extension to .zip (it will be something like this 'magisk.zip') then flash it).
8) Wipe cache and dalvik and restart system.
ofc you will have to backup your files before installing the rom because the internal storage will be wiped.
You can copy the rom, firmware and magisk manger to an OTG and use it or you can just connect your phone when you're in the recovery and copy the files to your internal storage.

HI! I'm new at flashing roms and recoveries or changing the systems of my Xiaomi Redmi Note 7. Btw, my phone is a 3 years old, so i dunno that was the cons. or my usage or my way of flashing.
Anyway, I unlock my bootloader and it was successful. I flash also the orangefox recovery and it was also successful. However, when I flashed the PixelOS, my phone started to restart and bootloop. I tried to wiped the system again and do the flashing of the rom. It was successful. The latest firmware was also installed.
But here's what I encountered:
Bootlooping
It keeps restarting whenerver I play a sound or videos.
Didn't restart when xiaomi logo appears.
Battery drain so fast
My phone need to connect on charger all the time.
How can I fix it? DId it have a solution?
It was my first time, so, I'm sorry.

And what if I want to keep TWRP/Orange fox ?
/!\ We use a modified partitions scheme, so you must use our own recovery, or you'll get an error during the installation process /!\
How to flash a zip file using EvoX recovery ?
1. That's pretty simple. In recovery go to Apply update -> Apply from ADB
2. On your computer, use the command adb sideload pathToZipFile to flash the zip
If the percentage stucks, don't panic, just wait a few minutes until the process finish
3. If a message says "Signature verification failed", It means that you're trying to flash something else than my EvoX builds. Clic "yes" only If you know what you're doing
4. You can wipe cache in Factory reset -> Format cache partition
You want Magisk ? No problem
1. After clean/dirty flashing the rom, Patch boot image from Magisk app (You can find it in the rom zip file)
Uncheck the "Patch vbmeta in boot image" option
2. Copy the patched boot image on your computer
3. Reboot to fastboot
4. On your computer, use the command fastboot flash boot pathToPatchedBootImage
5. Reboot system and #KeepEvolving

Hello everyone
Today I'm releasing the first build of EvoX 7.0, based on Android 13.
Please note that it's an alpha. Many features are missing, and it may be a little bit buggy.
Do not dirty flash from an earlier Android version. The best is to clean flash.
Please do a clean flash and use default kernel (Soviet) before reporting any issue.
=========================================
Device changes:
- Minimal changes for being able to boot Android 13
- Switch to file based encryption
- Switch to f2fs for cache partition
- Switch completely to f2fs for userdata partition
- Switch to erofs for system partitions

You use this recovery, right ? https://github.com/Evolution-X-Devi...lpha/evox_recovery_cepheus_retrofit_alpha.img
during the sideload you should get a message telling you that verification failed. Simply press yes, and it should be fine
With twrp that's normal to get this error, it's not compatible
This is what I get with the recommened recovery:
"adb: failed to read command: No error"
and nothing else happens
