IOS Emojis on Xiaomi Mi 9? - Xiaomi Mi 9 Questions & Answers

How can I install the ios Emojis in the xiaomi mi 9?
I tried changing the font but it did not affect some apps like Messenger messages, it showed me the stock emojis. And two hours after changing the font the wallpaper was erased

If you're rooted with magisk, you can use this module:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/magisk/magisk-ios10-emoji-font-t3596503
Works great

I use this from Magisk repo:

I tried that way, but I just changed the emojis in the keyboard, the apps were still with the stock emojis

use the one in the magisk repo , it will change system wide , good luck

Google is your friend. Don't ignore your friend.
https://www.google.com/get/noto/help/cjk/
Noto Sans CJK is a sans serif typeface designed as an intermediate style between the modern and traditional. It is intended to be a multi-purpose digital font for user interface designs, digital content, reading on laptops, mobile devices, and electronic books. Noto Sans CJK comprehensively covers Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and Korean in a unified font family. It supports regional variants of ideographic characters for each of the four languages. In addition, it supports Japanese kana, vertical forms, and variant characters (itaiji); it supports Korean hangeul — both contemporary and archaic.

Umm.. I know what the font is. I just don't see the module having any visible effects. Like does it change the font automatically system wide, or are there additional settings that I need to configure?

I use Japanese. So all the Japanese characters will use the noto font instead of the default (I think roboto?) ? What is the advantage of that?

I have a log for you, I can't seem to get this module to work no matter what I try... Using this module on a OnePlus 3T running LineageOS 14.1 and Magisk v14.
Edit: If I go to /system/fonts I see the fonts that are in the Magisk module show up in that folder with the current date.

Themes / Apps / Mods [Magisk] MIUI Auto Brightness Fix for Mi 11 Ultra

This module increases Mi 11 Ultra minimum default auto brightness (which is too dark) to become more comfortable for eyes. Works on MIUI based roms (MIUI 12.5)
Thanks to @arddy1 for the inspiration with his mod (Framework files and values are diferent in MIUI 12.5 A11):

I assume you need to root for this? Because it does gets too dark!

I have just tested it on Note 10 Pro, and it doesn't work unfortunately. I'm using Velis Auto Brightness, which is flawless in solving the problem, but I would rather not to have to use a third party app for that.

I installed this in the Mi 11 Ultra and the fix worked. I no longer have the annoying dark screen which would force me to adjust brightness manually.

Working on alioth miui 12.5 but its change my battery capacity to 5000 mAh,but its okay
Is there any mod which makes the screen DARKER when at the lowest stage on manual slider?
I ask because when I put my kid down for the night, he wants me to lay with him. I feel like even though the brightness slider is all the way down, its still fairly bright. I had an iPhone before the Mi 11 Ultra and it went DARK when fully down. Please let me know if there is anything like that for this device
This is not working for me anymore on the eu stable 12.5.17 ROM
I'm getting an error it can't unpack the zip when I try to install it via twrp
What am I doing wrong here? I had it working before.....

You should install it in Magisk as a module. This is not a TWRP flashable file.
Got it working, I had brief amnesia for awhile and then I remembered how to install it
This works as a Charme till the update to miui13 with android 12.
Does anybody have a fix for this fix?

Question Better way to change font on Pixel 7/Android 13

Hi to all! As title said: which is today the best way to change font on my pixel 7 android 13? I'm on stock android but of course, i'm rooted.
Since some times ago i was using magisk modules, then i tried font manager (magisk) but it causing a soft bootloop on my phone, so i had to remove it.
Thanks

Do you have a particular font in mind?
Here's storopia as an example.
After Installing this module, your screen will relock after every reboot of your phone. You unlock it the first time, in about a second it will relock itself and you will have to unlock it again. If that is too much for you, don't use this mod. This also will not work with the bootloop protection module. It will disable this module.
