3. Install Base ROM (supported Treble)
Download: MiROOM Lastest developer versiion here http://portal.mi-room.ru/firmware/
"MiPad4 MIUI 8.12.13 Android 8.1.0" or newer ( update every Monday )
3.1 TWRP -Wipe Format data + Advanced wipe (Dalvik , Data ,Cache, System)
3.2 Reboot back to TWRP-recovery
3.3 Flash MIROOM ROM "MiPad4 MIUI 8.12.13 Android 8.1.0.zip" or newer version
3.4 Advanced wipe (Data ,Cache, System)
3.5 Flash "system-181221-arm64-aonly-gapps-su.img" as System image option
3.6 Reboot

1. Wifi-Auto Connect after reboot.
if not --->Setting---Network&Internet----Wifi---set to ON (Pic#2)
Wifi-preferences-->turn on WIFI automatically

3. Flash BASE ROM (8.1 non-gsi AICP-mordiford)
4. Advanced wipe -Dalvik , Data , Cache , system
5. Flash System image ( RR 7.0 GSI )
6. Flash Open GAPPs (RM64-9.0-Nano)
***Fix Error 70 Gapps in TWRP
- go to Advanced Wipe
- select System partition
and click repair or change file system
- select Resize File System option
7. Reboot to system

I built LOS 16.0 on my own, but fingerprint doesn't work and the DPI is too low.

I already have LOS16 from https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-pad-4-plus/how-to/guide-mi-pad-4-plus-lineageos-15-1-t3893264, I imagine this is a newer version.
Looks like I have to flash official image, then flash Mokee on top of it before LOS? Strange. Also looks like there's a newer TWRP from the link?

Flashing mokee first will make the fingerprint function work?
