Can anyone confirm if this CSC of note 9 recieved an update? Mine certainly didnt and I need help

Now can i manually install android beta pie?

Hi,i recently bought Note 8 from ebay,turns out it has security patch from july 2018 and im not receiving any updates since then.I want android pie so bad
It's an US carrier unlocked phone i guess.Here are my details;

Baseband version:N950USQU5CRG7
Service provider:XAA/XAA/ATT
serial no:R38J806CR1K
I stay in Australia so does flashing ATT firmware work?What should i do to get the update?should i change csc ?i have basic knowledge in flashing ,rooting but im new to CSCs. please suggest me any ideas.

Pie is complete rubbish on the note 8 thank God you can't download it
Does anyone know what was in the latest update for the Note 8 from android for 9-11-2019? And does anyone have any info if the Note 8 will get the 10 update?

The latest 9-11-2019 update was released to address some device receiving an IMS Services died error, which could not be troubleshooted in anyway whatsoever. Even a Hard Factory Reset wouldn't resolve the issue. This update was release to resolve this issue. I just wished that they had released it earlier before I purchased my Note 9 N960N!!!

2 ----------- : The last Softwar update in my note 9 is N960USQS1CSD1 April 1 , 2019 . And everytime i check the Softwar for Update : Your software is up to date.
i bay this phone in USA bat now i live in ALBANIA.
The phone is UNLOCKED in ALBANIA

its probably stuck on the april update because its an american phone in albania and the CSC isnt thrilled about it. Not an issue thosammobile.com/firmwares to the rescue!! just download the latest U or U1 firmware for it and flash it via Odin. If you live in Albania and have no use for the USA stuff on it, id go with the U1 personally. Hell, i live in the USA and i STILL use the U1 firmware on my S9 LoL
anyways, im betting that reflashing your firmware will fix both of those provided the s-pen isnt messed up. i know itll fix the second issue, of that im certain
