PLEASE READ LG Esteem Section XDA

After talking to with the LG Esteem community, a section on XDA would be its next step for moving along and developing. The LG Esteem needs to be voted in so if you would be so kind to go to

ICS update schedule delayed once again

Bad news guys... If this source is right then LG delays the big Android 4.0 update once again. Instead of September it is now said to arrive in October.

Well, I am not surprised. This surely is the first and last LG phone I bought.

So much hatred... better concentrate that on LG. There are many other ICS thread in this section and I found this information important enough to deserve an own thread. If mods think otherwise they can simply delete this thread an put my post in the general ICS thread. But you're not a mod, so stop *****ing.

This is the Official Jellyverse Off Topic thread.
Jellyverse is an amazing TW Jellybean 4.1.2 based ROM for the Sprint Epic 4g Touch (Galaxy SII)

Come in here to talk about any random thing not directly related to any issues, bugs or help needed with the Jellyverse ROM by Shadow_God.
ie. Applications, widgets, extended batteries that you use with the ROM and results of those extended batteries, news, how your wife/girlfriend beats you up when you don't take out the trash, etc. Shenanigans are welcome as well as anyone else looking to use our ROM and/or wanting to get to know the team and users behind Jellyverse.
Please keep this thread appropriate and in accordance with all XDA rules.
Shadow_God has asked me to make this thread to keep our ROM thread uncluttered and on topic of issues with the ROM, ideas for the the ROM and other related things.

Requests/Future Jellyverse thread updates.
Users request an update to the OP: suggestion that you install from jb tar file first (one click or odin doesn't matter) to allow the system to set up partitions properly.
Order the change logs in the OP from most recent changed /newest version, down to oldest version. It will allow us to immediately see what has changed in the newest version vs scrolling all the way down.
Suggestion: Keep change logs to a minimum of 3 previous versions including the latest, and attach a notepad document to the OP with any versions change log that is older than the newest 3. Will keep the OP short.
User request: remove the first v4 DL or at least update it to the one with TW fix in it
Multiple user request: 1% mod native to the ROM

Yep. Our main thread was getting flooded heavily with off topic stuff and it was making it very hard for our users to find things.
This is more or less a thread for the guys and galls that bring Jellyverse together. Others are more than welcome to join in as well.
Its actually not unusual to have Off topic threads or multiple related threads for ROM teams. Go look in the Inspire 4g section.

Well if anything, i think you're talking about a discussion thread about the rom where you ask questions and guide new users so the dev thread isn't spammed. Correct?
If that is the case just change the title to discussion thread get in moved back to ur general section.

I do not think this is the first time someone is promoting a website. But this IS the first time someone is promoting MY website. It's not a mod that if there are similar threads i should rather go there. If there is a special thread for promotion of websites, be a good member and point me to one.

We'd be glad to but we are students and cannot presently buy new devices. Device specific support is present only in our forums. We concentrate more on Android and other tech stuff in general. Give our site a try, you should find it helpful.
