Good afternoon: today I updated the Mi5X of my girlfriend from A1 to Mi5X from xiaomi.eu. Everything works and asks me for the SIM PIN (which works on another mobile). However, there is no network signal. I have to change the radio or do something similar? Does anyone have a solution?

I am unable to use mobile network flawlessly in my MI5. Sometimes SIM1 running, SIM1+SIM2 both running, none of SIM card works. 2 weeks back I mistakenly selected the radio band as USA Band from *#*#4636#*#* -> Phone information1. Then after a fresh flashboot ROM installed problem solved automatically, but ideally this should not be. But now I am having terrible issue with SIM1 and SIM2 signal reception. Finally I have successfully write NV Values which was originally. But even after setting up values to the original, I am not getting mobile network signal. If I put only one SIM card then status bar says No Signal. If I put both SIM then 1st one says No Signal and 2nd one says Emergency calls only. Sometimes randomly SIM1 runs but SIM2 not. sometimes both not, sometimes both. Frustrating experience ever. Would appreciate if anyone can help me.

I don't know whether i can help or not but i used to have mobile network fluctuating issue. At the same area, my SIM1 AND 2 will goes from 5 bar to 0, then came back to 3, then back to 0 then back to 5 again. It happen countless of times during the day(or even night). But the problem fixed when i switched to xiaomi.eu rom for mi5. I did do clean wipe system, data via twrp before i switched to xiaomi.eu rom.

Thanks for adding some views. Yesterday full day I was in latest EU ROM and the whole day I couldn't able to receive any signal. But around 8PM I have received signal @sim1 only. I hope I will be able to find out the culprit someday. But completely clueless

I'm having the same issue as you with my Mi5. Did you ever experienced those issues again?
Suddenly, my phone stopped connecting to 4G network, and even if it connects to 3G at best, the connection is pretty much slow. Phone calls through Dial-Up are not stable and laggy. I tried putting SIM card in another device and it works just fine. Nothing I've changed before this issue happened. After the issue happened I tried to install new OEM 6.0.1 Singapore from SamMobile & tried custom ROM but the issue remains, please help as I don't have another device and I need a solution ASAP.
I have a redmi 4x.
I am backed from cardinal aosp rom.
I am flashed miui 9 global stable rom by fastboot method.
Not working network search and 2g mode.

My XIAOMI REDMI 4X phone only can connect to 4G LTE and cannot find or receive 3G / 2G network signal.
Because of this problem i only can use one SIM at a time it coz when i use SIM1 for using mobile data, SIM2 will showing "No Network" this happen cause of SIM2 couldn't get 3G/2G network signal for its connection. Same issue if I switch SiM2 as my mobile data. SiM1 will be "No Network".
I really hope someone here could give me some solution to SOLVE this problem. also the SIM that i use to get mobile data it has problems that its cannot make out and receive any incoming call. Just regular Messaging are working.
another thing MMI short code also didn't work out it will pop-up with error msg like "cannot connect to server or no network connection" something like that.
This problem has haunted me more than a year and i still cannot get it fix. Need help because i am out of budget to buy new mobile phone .:crying::crying:

I'm a little confused by what you posted. What exactly isn't working? You're unable to connect to 4g lte? You're unable to use volte?

hello guys im have the same problem :::: im from brazil and network operator is VIVO, I followed the same step by step; I put the code for activation but it doesn't work ;;;;;;; VOLTE appears off

I have an Mi8 , Was working perfectly before i opened it.
I recently changed Battery and since then , the phone doesn't wants to register on cellular network. It seems to find them , but when i select them , no way he deals with. ( When searching on LTE)
Searching on 2G says that he couldn't seach for mobile Networks.
Phone has a fresh 1Mi12 ROM , Stock not rooted but bootloader unlocked
Anyone had the same issue?
