hi, is there any way to prevent fullscreen phone call prompt when phone is unlocked

Hi all,
I have a problem with my diamond either answering or rejecting a call without my intentional input because the screen gets touched when I remove it from either the supplied htc sleeve case or just my pocket.
Is there a way to disable the touch screen even when a call is incoming unless I unlock it in the standard way or press the actual answer button.
I don't think I can live with this phone constantly answering calls I want to ignore and rejecting calls I want to take as I get it out of my pocket to see who is calling.
I'd prefer a reg key method if possible but need something desperately.

When my phone is locked and it is required for me to put the pattern key in to unlock and I happen to recieve a phone call. I have to unlock the phone and scroll down the notification bar to answer that call. Is this a security feature? Or normal on this phone?

Only when in driving and Home "talk to me" mode, here's the scenario:
Incoming call and the screen flashes blank to calling card then blank , back and forth while the phone is ringing. the moto voice says "incomin....incoming, call fr....incoming......incoming ca.." while flashing. I also see the mute microphone icon in the status bar flashing on and off at same time. I can touch the center and slide to answer.
This only happens in driving/home Talktome mode while receiving a incoming call.
what is it supposed to do while in driving mode when you get a call?

PROBLEM SOLVED. Seems I removed the app Shush and all is fine
I figured what would interfere with the mute on my phone since it was flashing that icon...removed shush and that was it

Hi guys, I have the latest developer rom, but I'm facing an issue. When the screen is locked and someone calls me the incoming call is full screen, but when the phone is unlocked and I'm for example in Home screen and someone calls me I only see a pop up. It's my first Xiaomi phone so I am in the dark.
When I receive a call after receiving I am unable to use call screen options which are speaker, keypad, add call, mute, record and even reject call.
Same happen I call someone I am unable to drop the call with red call option.
Solution
Go to application manager and clear data for phone app. And then enjoy
