Enable in settings under display then u may also enable in messages app which also enable dark mode in the phone app. Settings is always white, unfortunately...
The u may also enable dark mode individually on apps that support that feature (XDA, reddit, twitter, etc).
Its the best you can do on stock rom.

I am using Nova prime with the companion to get Google discover with a right swipe. Unfortunately, discover does not use the dark theme. Anything I can do to change this?

I already set Nova to dark mode, didn't help. In LineageOS 16 with dark mode turned on it works, must be a miui thing...
Hi, my question is a strange one actually. As of now, my instagram and play store apps are in dark mode but as far as I know Mate 20 Lite doesn't have a dark mode feature at the moment. I didn't turn anything on or off. It just happened by itself. Do anyone have any explanation for this or can I find a way to switch it on/off whenever I want?
Install the Dark Mode app from Play Store and select the mode that you want.

I know how to enable dark mode on twitter but it doesn't follow system settings for android 10. I even turned on override force dark on developer settings. Anyone know how to enable this?

That's an issue with Twitter not supporting the system settings. Maybe if there's enough demand for it they'll make it an option.

Hi everyone, I had a Realme X2 before, and under "Dark mode for third-party apps" I saw all my apps and was enable to enable dark mode for each of them. This worked great for most apps.
But on my new Realme 8 Pro, I only see a handful of apps listed in this menu. Most of my apps are not shown there and I cannot turn dark mode on there.
The only way I found was to enable "force dark mode override" in developer settings but this then affects all apps and I can't select which, and it is cleared on reboot...
What am I missing here? Why are most apps not listed in this menu in the 8 Pro when they were all there on the X2?

i can only see 3 app, but it's ok because the other apps have a dark mode in their settings.
In that list, incompatible apps or apps that already have a dark mode setting, are not listed
Thank you for your answer, but the thing is, on my old phone, the Realme X2, almost all apps were listed there. And most of the missing ones don't have a dark mode, that's why I'm asking this question. I'm not sure in what way they could be "incompatible" because again on my old phone I was using the system dark mode for most of them and it worked great (for example Amazon Shopping, Airbnb, BAWAG PSK,...)

Since I updated to MIUI Global 13.0.4 the option to force dark mode for individual apps is empty.
I tried to search the option, to tap the title a few times, to wait for the list to show up, to open Chrome in split screen and so on. Nothing worked.
Is there anything to do?
I have the same problem on poco x3 pro
don't worry its because in previous miui when u force application like amazon in dark mode it doesn't work really well ...because of this redmi removed the force indivisual dark mode from miui 13 ...... so if the application suppports the dark mode it will automatically turn on when u turn on system dark mode on.....
