See pic related. The Quicksettings panel doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the display. Is my phone bugged or is this the same with every note 9?

Those aren't widgets. Some 2.x Roms have these switches in the notification dropdown. Such as Cyanogen 6.1. Samsung Galaxy S also has it. Etc.
How do you remove the text underneath the toggles in the notification tray?
I notice that the Minimalist Mod, Axura, and others has this.

Thanks for narrowing down my search but it will be even better if you told me which line and anyway to completley remove them for my complete gingerbread look. Thanks
Okay, so this is really annoying me. I know, it's a minor issue but that fact of the matter is, the other contact photos I wanted to use as a primary picture look stupid with the semi-transparent bar floating in the tile. Why is this the case on Moto's UI but it's fine on all the Nexus devices? Is there a fix to this?

Nexus 7:
Hi, Im running the latest ViperOne 3.1 RC2, when I go into recent apps window by double tapping home twice instead of a number of tiles it comes up with single large tiles, and yes I must of changed it somehow in one of the settings but for the life of me I don't know how to get it back, if anyone can help it would be very much received.

It might be a stupid question but i can't seem to remove the left panel on my launcher home screen. I disabled google but its still here and it bugs my screen when i swipe left. For info i can't access it but it is still here...
Any ideas on how to remove it??
