Usage:
1. Dump the splash2 partition with whatever tool like dd
2. Load dumped splash2 partition with my tool by clicking on Load button.
3. Import a picture that you want to show on first screen by clicking on Import button.
4. Save edited image wby clocking on Save button
5. fastboot flash splash2 <saveed.img>

1. The bootloader unlocked infomation will auto invert its color depends on your picture brightness on DRG.

If you want to change your splashscreen (the white screen with the green HTC text) to your prefered picture, you can find a guide here.
To get it to work on the IncS there is two things you have to do different compared to the guide.
1) You have to name the file that you place on the SD-Card: PG32IMG.zip and NOT PB31IMG.zip
2) Use the attached android-info.txt instead of the one in the guide.

I just made a new SplasScreen.
Flash attached "PG32IMG.zip" from Bootloader and you will get the above picture.

I'm not sure why, but this process didn't work for me. Just didn't seem to like the PG32IMG.zip file.
What I did was...
Create and save my image as a 480x800 24bit RGB colour bitmap, called splash1.bmp
Ran "nbimg -F splash1.bmp -w 480 -h 800"
Renamed splash1.bmp.nb to splash1.img
Booted my phone into the bootloader, and ran "fastboot flash splash1 splash1.img".

Oops, typo, I meant PG (post edited). It still didn't seem to like the zip file.
I think the way I did it is easier anyway.

*the fact, the black one is created by someone here with 720p resolution. I just resizing it and made the downanimation and the splash.img too, so it will fit on ur qHd screen (540x960).

FAQ:
Q : how to change the splash image?
A :
1. download the .img file here. put it anywhere u like (i prefer to put it at the root of sdcard)
2. rename it to splash.img (no problem if u dont want to rename it, just to make the proccess easier)
3. download 'gscript lite' from market.
4. open it and press menu, choose 'add script'
5. set name as splash (again, just to make it easier)
6. and type this on the lower coloumn (script)
dd if=/mnt/sdcard/splash.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p14
7.save, then u will see new script called splash. press it. let it close automatically or just press close. the gscript lite will fc after that. no problem with that.
8. restart your phone and see the new splash
Q : how to change the bootanimation?
A : u can install rom toolbox lite and install it. or u can do it manually by replacing the stock bootanimation / downanimation on system. (u need a rooted device to do this)
Q : i got a bootloop?
A : no way, that is impossible

1. we need:
a) WPinternals and mass storage or Huawei w1 custom rom: 1 2 or rkBreakout
b) Hex editors
с) my dump dpp
or your dump dpp, copied into mass storage.
d) you must know the mac address WI-FI and Bluetooth( But working always)
2. Opening zip archive and moving files to C:\reksden dpp\
3. Opening C:\reksden dpp\QCOM and open files with Hex editors WLAN.PROVISION
