Great rom! Thanks!
Inviato dal mio Redmi Note 7 utilizzando Tapatalk
Great rom, so far it is working fine, the only thing I noticed is that when I edited the clock style in the top bar, the proximity sensor didn't work, I have noticed this issue with more than one rom. Not sure if it is really produced by the custom configuration or not
Nice work dev, can you add some screenshots btw?
Everything is working flawlessly..!
Hello screen home end devices?
Well everything looks smooth and nice... Pretty clean with some nice features in settings but I do have a lil problem with 4k recording... I always get green pixels when trying to record in 4K with back camera...
Full Screen Gesture Control
Does this room have Full Screen Gesture Control

yes, they're both working. I use ir remote for my AC everyday.
btw this ROM ticks pretty much all the boxes.
- working slomo on gcam and anx
- has hal3 switch
- no dirac / equalizer (because I'm a viper user)
- smooth and stable, no noticeable lags and/or battery drain whatsoever.
been on this for about a week now and for now this is my favorite.
the only downside is the deepsleep isn't as good as the other ROMs (especially evox), like phone don't go into deepsleep even tho the screen was off for hours. but this can be fixed using naptime.
also I think it's better to remove mi sound enhancer completely from settings > sound and vibration because it's FC anyway.
looking forward for the next update. thanks!

I've been on Samsung Note's for years, swapped to LG and OnePLus, even built a few ROMs, including CM. I've been away from XDA because of the phone switches, and locked bootloaders that never were going to happen. I'm glad I finally made the right choice.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 128GB + 4GB RAM 6.3" FHD+ LTE Factory Unlocked 48MP GSM Smartphone Global Version
My Note 7 with ION 2.2b is kicking the ass.
Everything I want and need is working, bluetooth ear buds and car hands free. Most important wifi calling on Tmobile.
Great job on this. I'm testing out other ROMs, I only unlocked phone on Sunday, but this looks like the daily driver for me.

played some games and there where no stuttering either.
for mhl ... i don't use it, so i can't tell. Bluetooth isn't workin, will find out how comes and fix it.

I have only tried this rom for a short time, but Audio bug is there - but nowhere near as bad as CM11.
As far as I know, only Fidelity rom does not have the audio bug (which is why I've gone back to it).

I assume you mean audio bug free.
I had sound issues on Vanir (tried it on Dalvik and ART) - easily noticeable if you played music in youtube - sound would "glitch" every few minutes and also (from Vanir thread) :
blackassassinuk said:
On ART now, getting occasional sound issues, like the sound is crashing slightly if that makes sense.... Kind of hard to describe but its not just on videos, had it on a few games and spotify. Read on another ROM about sound being given a higher priority fixes this, anyone know how to do this or managed to fix it?

It's too bad development stopped on this. I have SlimKat on my HTC One M8 and Nexus 7 LTE. It would have been nice to have 4.4.4 SlimKat on all my devices, but Vanir is an ok replacement (but no real dark slim support).

Project description
This is J0SH1X and EvilHowl's optimised version of Resurrection Remix for the European version of the LG G6, AKA H870. After lots of hours of work and research, we are pretty confident to release that build in the wild. From our (limited) tests, that build seems to work well enough to be considered as a daily driver. However, don't use it for anything critical.
How to install
Format Data with TWRP. Enter yes when asked.
Format Cache.
Format Dalvik Cache.
Format System.
Flash ROM (link below).
Flash Google Apps (GAPPS) 7.1 (link below).
[Optional] If you want root: flash Magisk 15.1
Reboot.

Camera focus works perfectly. AOD has been reported to work by some, but is far from perfect.
Would also like to know if the camera preview works. I'm pretty new to the g6 and already flashed the old rr build. Wasn't satisfied with the performance of it. It would be awesome if there were some improvements made. Thank you very much for your hard work.

You can flash it with confidence, there were *huge* performance improvements in that build. It's based on a reworked kernel and a different unofficial LineageOS. Synthetic benchmarks say it's as good (or better) than stock, perceived usage is often better than stock.
And the camera works wonderfully, with the ported Google Camera and the right settings (for instance, use these for Arnova's 5.1.018_v1.2) it actually produces better pictures than LG's stock camera, which use an aggressive sharpening algorithm and an HDR implementation that's not as good as Google's own HDR+.
Wide angle works too, with Snap (Lineage cam), Open Camera and others.

Is there some kind of brightness patch. If I activate auto brightness the display is quite dark all the time.
GravityBox for xposed have option to change levels autobrightness

The screen looks yellow with auto brightness switched on. Performance wise huge improvements. The only problem I had was my mobile internet. Only received edge and data transmission seemed to be blocked.
One more question, support for full OMS ?
Yes
this rom is super, everthing works if you record a video the sound is good to not to low, thanks for great work. 10 +

We’re really excited to announce the release of Paranoid Android Pie betas.
On first launch, you’ll notice a clean setup with a beautiful wallpaper from Hampus Olsson, who teamed up with us again to create several beautiful pieces of artwork. For those who are unfamiliar, Hampus is a multi-disciplinary artist whose design stands for itself and we’re glad to have him onboard. We also added further UI touches that we believe enhances the overall user experience.
The beta builds include adjustments and improvements on top of the stock Android CAF base. The Paranoid Android team and contributors are focusing on squashing existing bugs, and implementing and improving features.
Device-specific issues / to-do
- Permissive SELinux
- Nothing hardware specific afaik.
Note: Custom kernels are NOT supported!

Also what screen blinks are you talking about? Can you elaborate please?

It doesn't matter where you are. The screen just turns on/off all of a sudden in any app, even on desktop
I don't know if I may ask for customizations. If it's possible, please could you add the NFC toggle and the capacity to show when it's turned on/off on status bar? Also it would be nice if you could change brightness by slidding through status bar and button gestures (one tap, long press, etc.). Just if you want, it isn't a demand.
Thank you for your work!
Finally Mi6 has new life breathed in. Thank you so much.

Come on, there has been great stuff for our phone. Be it ROMs kernels gcams, even MIUI has been better than it used to be...
1. Very wired things with night light - screen off and on like crazy
2. Ir blaster not working - very need this function
3. Pixel launcher from gapps instant gives FC ( no problem with other ROMs)
wow....great, waiting for this ROM for very long time. thanks
Promising...hope some stable release soon thanks
Why do you prefer the governor in performance mode?
Thanks for your great work! Agree, that ROM looks very promising. Magisk 17.3 works, gcam works, night light doesn't work. Also I think default accent color is very nice, like it.

I've been using this as my daily driver on my Mi 10i (Yes, from India) for a few weeks now. Everything works well. For camera I used GCam v8.1 by BSG and been loving it. I am using it without any modifications to it. No root even.
The only issues I had with it are.
1. Battery drain during standby is wayy too much. Overnight my phone would drain 20-30%.
2. Not able to change Refresh Rate in the July version of the ROM. Waiting on an August update.
3. The phone recognizes my earphones as an earphone with microphone but sometimes randomly changes to earphones without microphone and my earphone's mic stops working? In a phone call I need to enable speaker mode and then disabling it fixes it. Not sure if its a ROM issue or my earphone's issue. Take this with a grain of salt.
Aside from the above drawbacks. The battery life IF I use the device consistently throughout the day is amazing. The ROM also feels butter smooth and is really simple which I really like.
Here's my battery stats that I already posted here once.

A not as much as we know from other rom. Which is not a problem. Im going to test your rom tomorrow. Im mainly aiming for battery life and that everything is complete.

Please keep us updated about the battery consumption
The rom is overall smooth but there seems to be some issue with the bluetooth. After attending phone calls, if i try to listen to youtube or some whatsapp audio clip no sound is transmitted to my earbuds. And the rom base frequency is set at 1612Mhz, is there a way to set min freq at 300?
Can anything be done to the horrible quick settings buttons? they are too big for my taste, any way to turn them back to A11 style?

I agree. I've tried just about every other Android 12 ROM for this device and it's by far the best.
Is there any way to revert quick settings bar to the old-style small icons? Can't stand the giant buttons in A12.
Also, VoLTE and VoWifi (Wifi calling) are available and working?
hey all, been reading about display brightness issues with the OnePlus 8 Pro at low brightness, and how OnePlus "fixed" this on the stock rom by not letting the display get very dim.
Does this ROM have a DC Dimming option? And if not, does the display get nice and dim for night viewing, I'm not worried about colors or anything being off when its dim
Which recovery to use to install this rom?
i can't seem to find one compatible to install it,
