Reporting Bugs
- DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed.
- Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred.
- If it is a random reboot, grab dmesg . (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.

Running this for las 24 hrs... Seems stable, needs 2-3 restarts and cache clean, as it was freezing on lock screen and FP auth. Apps were running slow but started to behave after the restarts. Also ambient display was active even though setting was off. Just enable/diasble fixed the issue.

OTA update? Or clean/ dirty flash ?

Hi @amanrajOO7, thks to bring up AOSiP for us. I have a question.
Do I need to install "Substratum Key 1.0.apk" in order to use Substratum without errors?
I decompiled the ROM and it doesn't have this apk in the priv-app folder (havoc and nitrogen has)

@snacs In latest Build it's prebuilt.
You don't need to install the subskey.

Nice ROM. Tested shortly on my Poco and now on my Kate. Restored my /data et voilà. Everything worked flawlessly. Let me check other stuff. Thanks for great ROM

how to turn off ambient display, screen always on when i turn it off with power button

Stock kernel is escrima as we all know. But, I want escrima without UV. Coz, It's laggy when I run heavy app like Instagram, kiwi Browser. This thing happen too when I use other kernel that has UV feature.
Or maybe this only happen on kenzo 2/16...?

Install instructions:
Have an unlocked bootloader, and TWRP installed/booted
(Not gonna be explained here, there'll be threads in this forum somewhere)
Wipe system and data (don't report anything bugs if you dirty flashed over another ROM)
Flash the ROM, reboot to TWRP, then flash GApps, Magisk (again, don't report bugs if you can't reproduce them with just ROM and GApps)
Reboot into the system, and enjoy the illusion!

If someone have issue granting signature spoofing permission for Fake Store (microg component) I found a solution:
Download termux, install it and type:
su
pm grant com.android.vending android.permission.FAKE_PACKAGE_SIGNATURE
It will work now. Rom is great, good battery life and all features I need.

I came from OTA, and was forced to clear my data partition, but anyway: cool to see that this ROM is still alive for this phone.
Could we install Predator-Stormbreaker-9.5-NEWCAM.zip or shoud use OLDCAM kernel ?

Take in mind, you have to install only 4.19-based kernels.

Thanks for the rom, but i have a problem, setupwizard keep closing.
Tested with opengapps and nikgapps.
edit: already tried install gapps after first boot.
edit2: So, I managed to make it work. I had to install Nikgaps with Pixelize and Setup Wizard addon.

I should try this ROM (i've relocked my phone days ago, fml), thanks for your work, i really need to see how the 4.19 kernel work on our sd660

Good ROM as always ... but now i have issue with Edge Lights .. There is no light on notifications ...

OTA should works fine. Make a nandroid backup anyway.

Fingerprint reader Issue: I run crdroid 7.4 on my Redmi Note 7 without ant other issue but this one: fingerprint reader stopes working after some time and I have to unlock phone with PIN code. When I reset phone it works again for the next few hours/unlockings and stops working again..

Some of people said that they got a bootloop also, well for my tests it was fine, I guess it could be a issue related to installed software, like Magisk or anything else, if it is then its not mine problem to deal with.

I don’t know what you did with the rom, it’s even faster now and better than ever. The gps will find a signal in 5 seconds, leakage is minimal (e.g. 100% battery charge in the evening, 96% in the morning). Since I am not a heavy user, this is the most important piece of information for me. Best rom, thanks to the developer.

Correct, I uninstalled magisk and it updates fine. This does however indicate that the magisk boot image patcher doesn't work properly. I'm happy the workaround works though!

Having some battery drain...and it's a little lagy.. any kernel suggestion?

Nice ROM. Smooth, battery friendly. No hickups nor unexpected restarts so far. Very nice Adaptice Charging feature.
Unfortunately lack of internal Files app (the Google one is present instead). Touchpad gestures present and working fine! A little bit small fonts on lockscreen Clock themes. And I still miss the System Profiles feature...

It is not mandatory, as it is an update of android version it is recommended to make clean flash

You don't need root to use this function.

Well, in that case it doesn't work on my device... I've set it to 90-70 and charging didn't stop up to 100%... Maybe there is some trick to set it? Any suggestions?
Another attempt: with default values (80-60) also doesn't work...
And... nope, in version from 13.08 still doesn't work, unfortunately...

iam unable to install any version of gcam in this rom simply says app not installed no matter what version of gcam if choose kindly help

Excellent ROM. The stuff (NFC, Notificaction LED) that did not work for me on RR works on this ROM. Overall very polished. Thanks for that.
I installed BSG 8.1. Does start without problems, but not all modes work. What gcam is recommended? (But not that important ... I won't use the Z2 camera anyway lol ...)
