Hi everyone,
I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 G900F with CFW Lineage OS and custom recovery TWRP (v 3.3.1.0). The device is malfunctioning.
-USB-Port has no data connection at all, neither in OS, recovery nor in download mode..
-device freezes if wifi is turned on
-several other issues with speakers etc..
I want to flash original firmware to regain warranty, BUT can't do that, since USB doesn't work... is there any way to install Stock Rom/Firmware via TWRP? TWRP running on the device is my last hope. I can download all the stock roms in md5 format from sammobile, but since they don't come with the required installer packages for TWRP, I have no idea how to put them on.
Any help is highly appreciated!
Cheers!

Hi,
I successfully installed CM12 and running with it for few weeks.
It became a bit unstable for my taste and I'm trying to install the TouchWiz based ROM (Rapture).
I tried bunch of ROM's and could only install the CM12 based ROMS(cm12, Remix) .
All the rest are taking me into boot loop.
I imagine it has to do with the wrong firmware but not sure which firmware I need and can I install it using TWRP.
Thanks a lot for the help!

You need to odin flash the latest official stock COD6 firmware for Note 4 N910T which can be
found and downloaded from http://Sammobile.com
After odin flashing you will need to root the phone with cf-autoroot and odin flash twrp recovery.
Here is a download link which contains odin, twrp and cf-autoroot for the N910T Note 4.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/i25yjb1o97o96nb/CF-Autoroot & TWRP v2.8.6.0 and ODIN3 v3.10.0.zip?dl=0
Unzip the this zip file into an empty folder on your desktop.
Once you have successfully odin flashed the firmware, cf-autoroot and twrp you will be able to
flash any custom touchwiz rom created for the Note 4 N910T device without any further issues.
Good luck, have a great day!

that didnt worked, still bootloop nothing has changed.
File WIPE.tar was for i8190? Can I have logs from ODIN? Try flash another version ODIN or on another komputer. You have original cable?

Try to flash a recovery like TWRP from Novafusion page and then Try again to restart to recovery. Download a custom rom like CM 11 and then flash it.
Winch rom are you flashing via Odin?
hi welcome guys..
here is the link for stock recovery of samsung galaxy s5 sm-g900f lollipop.. incase you may need it
if you got a bootloop while rooting or got stucked on boot logo simply flash this recovery to get your phone boot back to normal without loosing your datas or without doing a full firmware flash
guide
Get your phone in to download mode (volume down+power+home)
download the file attached
flash it via odin in AP of odin (for latest odin)
Flash it in PDA of odin (for older versions of odin)
Note: This is strictly only for sm-g900f variant of s5.. do not flash this to any other variant of s5
Thanks

Thanks for including that line, because I am dumb enough to try it on my sm-g900p. Any idea where I could find the stock recovery image for the sm-g900p?
Update: Downloading a stock SM-G900P Rom, extracting it with 7-Zip, and then tarring just the recovery.img file into a .tar file and flashing it with Odin v3.12 worked for me.
hii

Hey guys, I've got a G900W8 from WIND mobile, running CM13, and I'm looking to flash the latest modem. Does anyone know where I could download this? Been looking here and there, can't find anything, and I don't really want to have to go back to stock.

I just thought of something... if someone, via twrp, makes a backup of their G900W8VLS1DPF3 modem, and I simply place that into a nandroid and then restore.. would that work?
Did it work with marshmallow? ??
Will this work with marshmellow?

download your oem rom here www . updato . com
if you already have twrp installed, wipe and instlall
Easiest way... Smart Switch on your PC. Install it... 20 minutes and you'll be setting up your S2.
Use the device initialization tab in Smart switch. It will wipe all the data.
Hey all. I used Odin in download mode to flash TWRP to my Tab S2. Odin indicates the file transfer was successful. But when I try to boot to recovery, it just goes to stock recovery. Can someone help me see what I'm missing? Thanks
Mention your exact model no, android version, stock or not, from which thread you got the twrp. This information is too vague
