How to install recovery for .266??

Hi
I have official .266 firmware with root. How (and where) can I install recovery only?
I want to stay with original kernel.

This worked on both .266 and .201

I can't update to .201 via OTA.

So today I have received an OTA update to the newest .201 firmware. I tap install, it downloads and turns off as usual, progress bar shows up and on second dot when progress bar is in the half, the updating stops and phone turns on. What is wrong?

An unlocked bootloader perhaps?

Do you have a recovery installed?

Yes, I had recovery, but I uninstalled it because I thought it was problem, but not, it's still the same ;/ I have CE1 rom.

Instead of OTA update, you tried updating through Sony update service or PC companion?

Perhaps (not entirely sure ofcourse) is that the cause / issue?

You mean that root is causing this problem? If it won't work then I will eventually update via PC Companion.

Are you using Xposed? Because that caused the update failed when I updated to .254 OTA

Nope. I don't use Xposed framework. I'm out of ideas ;/ Looks Iike I will have to unlock bootloader once again to root to .201

Try using the latest Xposed Installer (v2.7 experimental1) from the Xposed repo. After each firmware update, you have to re-install Xposed again, as a firmware update replaces some files that are required by Xposed.

That is not working I tried it. Not 2.7 experimental 1 nor 2.6.1 with full xposed reinstall with modules.

What Android version is your latest firmware based on? Android Lollipop (5.x) or KitKat (4.4.x)? For Android Lollipop, you have to use the correct Xposed version which can be found here. Check especially post #1 and post #2.
If you have a KitKat-based firmware, you might want to report the issue (please include a log file) in the corresponding Xposed for KitKat thread.

It is android 4.4.4 and log file is empty

TWRP freeze

Hi,
I had Exodus ROM and i wanted to install FusionV6 and i started to flash it. TWRP freezed at Updating Partition Details... Done... I got this screen from 25 minutes. I can't go back/home. Now i have 55% battery. What to do? The rom is installing from USB drive. I need fast help

It's clean flashing. I did full wipe. Now i have 51% battery... :/ Sorry for my English

Hey everybody, how could i get from custom rom (Revoliution B90) to stock (like B564) And the biggest problem is that i don't have a lc at the momment.

So you can't do anything right now. Unless you have made a backup of your previous stock system...

Mabr could someone who is on stock rom make a backup and send it to me.

I'm not sure if your phone would recognize someone's backup...
