Does anyone know how to remove the first splash image Htc Logo, i noticed that almost all the custom Roms use it as the first splash image, anyone know why? and if it is really important to keep it there ?

Can anyone make me a boot animation from http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lbD5EDqRRAM? Thanks!
Has anyone been able to change the boot and down animation?
I hate the rogers logo.
Just renamed the roger down and boot animation, then uploaded new ones.
Works like a charm.
Hi people.
I was looking through the system files and came across the Unlocked/Developer Edition boot animation zips and the T-Mobile animation zips.
If I wanted to make the Unlocked/Dev Edition boot animation play whenever I turn my M7 off and on (which I will probably do), what do I do to get rid the T-Mobile boot animation and enable the other boot animation?
Any help is appreciated!
I have a rooted moto g5s plus.
I flashed a boot logo few months back.
But now when i am flashing a new boot logo, it is not changing the logo while booting.
There is same logo everytime.
My present logo is very bright which i dont like.
Please guide to change the logo.

Update the recovery to latest twrp.
Then install the zip.
