I've successfully rooted my S4 Active with Kingoroot, but now I want to unroot. i've tried to flash a custom recovery, and I seem to have succeeded, with the phone booting up with the custom message and an unlocked lock logo. However, I'd like to restore my phone to it's stock level. Help please!

Hello, everybody!
Recently got att note 3 and installed aryamod rom. Everything was perfect until my phone stopped charging and responding to USB cable when I connect it to the pc.
I still have warranty on it. So I want return it. That's why I decided to come back to stock rom. I had a twrp backup. So I installed busybox, safestrap and nc2flasher. Rebooted using nc2flasher app and didn't got safestrap recovery. Only stock recovery.
Now everything I'm trying to install via stock recovery shows me an error. I had oc1 firmware and it also shows errors:
E: footer is wrong
E: signature verification failed
So basically I got a brick. But deep inside I hope that there is a way to install a stock rom using stock recovery.
If not, just brake my heart with that painful truth :cyclops::laugh:
If you had TWRP on your phone, you must have an unlocked bootloader. Is the bootloader still unlocked?

Thanks for reply.
I don't know why I said that. I made a backup in safestrap but it named the folder with backup as twrp.
Bootloader is locked.
Maybe this will help return phone to stock: https://forum.xda-developers.com/note-3-att/general/100-stock-lollipop-5-0-n900aucueoc1-t3069609
Note, this is my first attempt at rooting and flashing a custom rom.
I unlocked the bootloader and attempted to flash cm. Also used SuperSU and twsp to backup. The flash did not go through, as far as I could tell. The phone would still boot, with the warning, however once I attempted an OTA update from 4.4 to 5.0 the phone is now stuck on the unlocked bootloader warning. HELP!!!

When in fastboot mode, device is UNLOCKED, Status Code 3, Software Status Modified. Any help would be appreciated!
Hey everyone I just recently got a Moto X Pure with TWRP recovery already installed and the bootloader unlocked, unrooted. The phone was stuck on Marshmallow so I went to update and it would take me to TWRP recovery every time and when I reboot back into the system, I'm still stuck on Marshmallow. So I downloaded an app that would make me download OTA updates while still having TWRP recovery but it needed root access, which I didn't have. I tried all of the one-click root apps but non worked then I stumbled across an easy root method: ( oops it said I can't post links, but basically I downloaded a supersu zip and flashed it) which I followed very precisely and I'm pretty sure I did nothing wrong. But when I flashed the ZIP using TWRP and booted back into system it was stuck on the Motorola logo which I'm assuming is bootloop. I was going to download a stock recovery using fastboot but I discovered that it would relock the bootloader, which would render the device useless to me so I can't. I also tried wiping the Dalvrik Cache but it always failed. I'm new to all of this so please guys I'm desperate for help. Thanks in advance
Hello
Yesterday I've rooted my phone and then I wanted to install a custom rom (CarbonRom).
I've read that I have to unlock the bootloader for installing a custom rom. I did this with the flashtool.
After that my phone stuck in bootloop.
I have restored my phone with twrp recovery and it works now. But I still have a locked bootloader.
I have read that I have to install a stock rom to prevent a bootloop. I only rooted my device so my phone still should have the stock rom on it.
Does anyone know how to unlock the bootloader properly?
Thanks in advance
So i unlocked my moto and rooted it with magisk. I also flashed the twrp recovery. Now as i wanted to unroot the my moto, I unrooted from masgik uninstall option. But the twrp is still present in there. I think the stock recovery is override by the twrp. I need help as i wanted to be fully stock and lock the bootloader.
I think if i tried to lock bootloader now it will brick the moto as the stock recovery is not there. Help me guys.
