Brother different region having different feature .We can also flash in Indian redmi y2 also

These can be installed through miui update without root or even unlocking bootloader.

How is this installed? I'm neither rooted nor have my bootloader unlocked and I'm running a Chinese Rom

Package verifying failed for me. I am on the 10.2.3.0 stabil actually.
Then i choosed the correct EEA stable rom (PFGEUXM), but now i got the message that it is a beta version and I have to be authorized in the Mi Account...
the rom I got here https://xiaomifirmware.com/roms/miui-roms-for-xiaomi-redmi-note-7-lavender/

Look at my link, there is a 10.2.6.0 version also, but it is a beta, which i cannot update...

Well I'm new to Xiaomi so I'm just gonna ask one simple question:
I'm gonna flash this rom by fastboot, is it required to unlock the bootloader if I'm just gonna use fastboot?

I'm currently in China rom 10.3.1.0 stable. how can i flash the global stable rom? can i directly use the updster app? thanks.

where to get stock recovery back? fastboot or recovery file?

instructions on the forum did not specify which build is used to extract the stock recovery image, or do both have it?

Indian rom works fine, wonder what the difference are? Extra languages?

I don't know but they're usually separate ROMs. I will wait for the EU or Global version.

Did you clean wipe before flashing?
India ROM should not have anymore Chinese apps....obviously won't make sense for them

It's been years since i last did any ROM flashing...think my Oneplus 6 was the last one after that i've been on stocks ROM
I found a guide which is pretty clear in another thread...kudos to him

Last time I installed a global ROM I didn't need to do any of this. Simply downloading the ORIGINAL OnePlus file and doing a manual upgrade from the phone settings fully replaced the original Chinese ROM with the Global one.

This is confusing, because there is an EEA version of the official Miui rom and there is an Xiaomi.eu rom

I would recommend Xiaomi.eu in case of less spying and less bloatware apps.

Is there any tint fix for 64mp model in Xiaomi eu rom coz i ave a file but whenever i flash that my bluetooth breaks i have tried it on latest builds of eu
