Hi all,
I had Oreo 8 i could enable wifi and Hotspot and the same time. After updated to Pie.
I can only enable hotspot while using Mobile Data. In Oreo i could use this option even while connected to wifi.
Any suggestions ?

Guys which Rom will you guys recommend to use with good Wifi Hotspot connection?
Im currently on ICS nemesis sometimes it allows device to connect sometimes it doesnt allow device to connect...
I tried Jellybam Wifi hotspot connection is not working.
I need Wifi hotspot to work as i have a tablet with only wifi.

I'm trying to use the hotspot with this android 6 phone, The clients connects but the internet connection isn't available.
I've played a little bit with apn settings (according to other threads) but nothing changed.
the device is not rooted.

Are you connected to mobile data when you turn on the hotspot? Does mobile data internet work for your hotspot device?
What is the most common way to run PIA vpn and hotspot at the same time? Normally I would use the app wifi tether router with pia vpn but my phone is not rooted yet....
I also need wifi calling and volte.
Should I root,rom or is there a quick fix?

WiFi calling and volte can be enabled in settings under sim and network. I could not find a way to enable PIA VPN and hotspot at the same time either and eventually gave up on that.

I have been using OOS and am currently using stable 4.5.1.
Hi I'm not sure if it's only when using hotspot and tethering or if it is all the time but I can't use my hotspot for gaming and it struggles with download because the internet keeps fluctuating I've don't have this problem with any other internet just my phone's hotspot can anybody help me put?

I got problem in hotspot. In version 153, hotspot is good. But update to version 161, hotspot is dead. Phone lose internet after turn on hotspot.
Hi, i have installed PE11 Plus ROM on my device but i have problem, cellular data is active when i turn on hotspot and connect it, connected no connection. Is there any solution?
