The reason for the locked thread has been explained here. Just remember to where you linked in that closed thread.
Ah, so this is only an aftermarket head unit kind of thing.
Shame.
Yes. Unfortunately there is a very small selection of OEM models with wireless AA.

Got it working on my Kenwood 905s, it was the thing i missed the most when switching from pixel 2 xl to OnePlus 7 pro.

+1 to this question, im very curious about this as well
This question has been on my mind for a minute
Title says it. It always worked no sweat on 4.2. Now whenever I have the headphone jack plugged in it doesn't register any voice commands or input at all. Kind of annoying if you use your phone while driving to listen to music. So my question is has anyone else noticed or can test theirs for me? Am I missing a toggle in the menus somewhere? It's really frustrating me.
- Nate
Saw this yesterday...Very frustrating as you said...This used to work in 4.2 right?
Yeah it definitely worked in the previous version.

Go in moto forums and tell them. That will be the fastest way to get fixed
Wow good to know that!! I always use it on my car with aux cable! If you talk to Motorola, please give us an update!

Just a little update today....it started working again. Sort of. I basically have to yell at my phone to get it to recognize ok Google now. So it does work, but not at all like it did.

Strange, mines works as normal. Had a text conversation today with my buddy while dodging shi**y traffic and Lady Gaga blaring (don't ask) and it didn't miss a word.

I can't open that link (despite being registered with Moto too). Were you ever able to get it to work normally again?
I have the same problem on my new Moto X and haven't found a solution anywhere.

Likewise. On every firmware/kernel I've tried, Ive never once experienced this nor heard of it either...
Maybe it addresses an issue the HTC One has. I thought he was more of an HTC leaks guy.

I sub to our huge photo thread, and have NEVER heard of this. There is an occasional comlaint of a spot, but that appears an infrequent hardware issue. Techradar now on my bs lst along with the current king, IBT.
A new update...and more bugs created in it's wake...sigh Google

Yeah same here. I'm subbed to the defects thread, picture thread and I followed the rma thread for a few weeks. I never saw any mention of a tint. People did mention a purple tint on the HTC one when comparing the HTC one to our phones.

With a couple of entirely non-educated, unprofessional clicks ( I swear the net has given any old attention-whore (clickbait, etc.) a podium) I was able to determine this is the battery drain bug fix mentioned a few weeks back:
https://twitter.com/LlabTooFeR/status/448025237272420352
https://www.google.hr/search?q=nexu...oogle&sourceid=chrome-mobile&espvd=1&ie=UTF-8
Seriously..relying on Twitter for breaking news is JUST LIKE relying on the town crazy flailing his arms when he stumbles down the street, but even less accurate, because at least he knows what's goin on in his own reality.
This article seems to be more accurate in the proposed direction of the coming update.

I'm going to be mighty disappointed if the only bug fix is for the camera.
what about..
the 0 bytes/restart services bug?
the microphone bug in calls?
the microphone bug in videos?
the non received message and calls bug?
the intermittent slow WiFi bug when data is switched on?
.. come on Google!!!!!!

Hey guys. I'll be picking up a Note 8 in few months and in my country there is only N950F(carrier models) N950F dual sim(if it does even exist) and N950FD. Which one should I go for if I consider unlocking my phone someday?
Sent from my LG-H815 using Tapatalk
You posted in the Note 8 Q&A section. There are 5 other Note 8 sections. Do check them out to see what's going on.

Those all have unlocked bootloaders, but some users have had issues with the OEM unlock toggle. Check out the OEM unlock thread and read up from there. It's a large thread
