The 'mute' problem is a general bug in Viber and we are aware of it.
We are trying to fix it these days, and it will hopefully already be resolved in our next Beta version.

Call volume - problem.
Please, i have a doubt...
I´ve downloaded Viber on Xperia X8 (Android 2.1), and when i call anyone, i can hear the other person, but they can´t hear me. I have called "n" person...
Is anyone experiencing the same problem? Or is it a bug?

ok ao those whose incoming call crashes ...go to settings in the dialer...and untick the intrusive setting....it will work as a charm..........

hey dev. i got issue. I ca't answer a call. when the call appears on screen a message pop up, "unfortunately, the process com.androidincallui has stoped. Blame the Split Screen. Could it be i done something wrong.?

Incall.ui problem
Hi, i tried many times this PAC rom, it was very performing and useful, except for a little problem. When my Sensation XL (1.28) is in stand by incoming call was perfect. But if I receive a call when I use phone, I cant' answer it because the "android incall.ui" process is interrupted. Any solution?

Proximity sensor issues
Rom is wonderful, but there are some problem with proximity sensor: it seems like it doesn't work. When I make a call the screen turns off and is impossible to wake up until call is ended. Not so useful if you made a wrong call or if you don't want tu leave a message in voicemail...

i have the big problem with google play services, it frequently appears " Unfortunately Google Play Services has stopped". I tried some solution but it still happen. Please help me fix this bug. thanks so much!
I use Sensation XL with PAC-man rom.

Switch location mode to "only device". This should help

It works for me.
Weather widget doesn`t appear. Only clock

I am happy to hear this. For me it doesn't works for long time.
I have disabled high accuracy.

Battery drain from full to 5% - 10 hours.
Its very weak result.
What is wrong?

Is yours the original battery? My battery was broken after about 2.5 years?
Or did you mean after cleaning cache/data?

No it's Anger 1600 man. In last Rom pure and full clear Battery words for 5 days but this rom doesn't have Google play

Marshmallow Gmail Notifications

I thought i had fixed this problem after setting Gmail as my default email but alas no.
The only way to recieve emails is when i pick the phone up and unlock the screen.
When the phones screen is off no emails are recieved.Whatapp and Text work ok.
Gmail is set to sync its the default in advanced settings.Its not even listed in protected apps so i cant turn that on.Im not sure if its the phone or marshmallow just wondered if anyone else was experiencing this.

it was duscussed before, its marshmallow bug, i believe that huawei will release one more update for marshmallow in Q1, because this is unacceptable for people that are using emails every day, and its one of the most important features that needs to be fixed

I just updated gmail and it seems to work again but not sure for how long.

Not on mine it isnt.
I got 1 email after updating the gmail app but its back to before no email when screen is off.

Same here.It's quite irritating.

I have the latest B317 firmware via OTA but its still not working. I've tried Bluemail, Aquamail and still nothing.

Ive tried many fixes none work.You might try something and think it works but after x amount of time you stop getting notifications again.
Have a look here different phone but same problem and try some of the fixes,one may work for you.

Personally i dont trust the phone anymore to deliver messages so im looking to a Xiaomi Mi5.

Ive downloaded the Inbox app that has restored notifications.... or i thought it did FFS.
Apparently the Nexus 6P suffers this bug too.

Dont know mate i cant remember if i had the problem with lollipop.
To be honest the only difference i see in Marshmallow is this bug.

well I better get my phone fully charged for the restore to lollipop, lol
I'll post back if it works as if its a Marshmellow issue only I'll upgrade when they fix it

Is there a guide to go back to lollipop mate ?

With the 2nd update back to B200 i couldnt get the 3 button method to work so used the
Tap in dialer:

That worked and im back on B200 Lollpop 5.01

Interesting if Nexus 6p has it as that huawei built, assume they doing something off with standby app handling in kernel & it should of been resolved many devices ago.
Unsolved ssues like this is killing huawei's sales & brand image.
If devices had been more popular in rom development all these flaws would of been fixed by the unofficial rom & kernel masters lol

Apps closing after upate
Hello
Please let me know if you have any similar issues like this case below:
After opening and playing a game for few minutes, the game close. This happened with many games. It only occurred after installing that latest update and this was the only problem I have not only with games but all apps in general

Someone with similar issue told me he fixed it by applying factory rest. I haven't tried it becasue i need to backup my device first and I dont have time for that

hmm, I am a fan of MobileLegends MOBA. Play everyday and I dont encounter such issue after the update B162. The only issue is GPU tends to underclock so much that game frame rates during battle are quite unbearably slow.
Maybe try to wipe cache and see first.

However, until now and even though I have this exact update B163, I am still having the force close problem

I have the same issue, can't download anything from the app store, there's often a couple of hours of delay. I would click the download button and it would show downloading, but nothing would happen. I'll leave the phone over night, and when I wake up it would have installed the app.
This also happens with imgur. I try to download an image, but nothing happens, then afer a few hours I would get a notification that the image is downloaded.
It seems they are aggressively closing background task responsible for downloading, to increase battery time.
But it's not working, I'm stills getting around 2-3 hours of screen on time

Cache was cleared more than 1 GB

The problem is still there. I guess I need to wait for the new update to come. I hope it will not take long but for now I will contact Huawei support

Disable Chrome
Hi, the constant force close is caused by chrome update, roll it back to v56 or disable it and it all works fine. I did the reset but as soon as i updated chrome to v61 force closes started. My phone is good now. I actually bought this phone yesterday and updated as the notification came.

Question Google Play bug

Hi everybody! I have a little problem with the play store. I have the play pass subscription but in the play store home screen not charge, and i see this error "code DR-DFERH-01", and another bug it's with the UI of the play store, it's the old UI. Anything in the system it's already updated. I try to clear cache and data and uninstall update of the play store, play services, an
d google services framework. I try to do hard reset, reinstall firmeware (LMSA), but I can't resolve the problem. I can download and update app.
Anyone can help me with this?

I have the same problem. Tried everything.

I have same issue. Did try the same and reset the whole phone. Nothing helps. And I lost the new play store design with this new buttons on the bottom. Maybe that come back anytime. Android 12 almost ready for sure and will fix stuff like this

And the point with the new design, you can remove the google account and add again, then it comes back for a while. But, for whatever reason, it doesn't keep and it is going back to the old design very fast again. So, sadly there are no solutions at the moment, that work permanently. And yes, google app can help to find apps, at least as a transitional solution.

I haven't notice this so far. Do you have examples? Maybe motorola read here and that could help them to make next update bugfree. Let's hope

In facebook and instagram the keyboard pop up and gone away..i cannot type anything.

Don't known, just motorola should know. Very annoying
