I am trying to restore from Stock Partition but it seems the update doesn't fix the partition because of this error.
I think my userdata.img is broken but I don't know how to fix it. I even tried to flash using MiFlash but I wasn't able to flash because of my current partition. I can access fastboot, recovery, adb, and OTG. Can someone please help me with this problem. I've been trying to search for a fix for this problem for a looooong time.

Solved no network issue in redmi y2 / redmi s2 / ysl

You have to flash following files , copy from fastboot rom if you already have it. Extract with 7z. Goto images folder , copy these files and paste in minimal adb and fastboot folder.
Reboot in twrp and wipe data , system , vendor , dalvic cache ,cache.
No need to clear internal storage.
You can clear with fastboot commands also
fastboot erase system
fastboot erase cache
fastboot erase userdata
fastboot erase vendor
Commands :
fastboot flash config config.bin
fastboot flash misc misc.img
fastboot flash modemst1 dummy.img
fastboot flash modemst2 dummy.img
fastboot flash dsp adspso.bin
fastboot flash mdtp mdtp.img
fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
fastboot flash cache cache.img
fastboot flash cust cust.img
Finally reboot in to twrp and flash xiaomi.eu Oreo rom.
It had fixed my xiaomi.eu Oreo rom's network issue . Before i flashed first dsp and modem only but did not fix netwrok in XIAOMI.EU Rom .
Now i am back to xiaomi.eu Oreo and everything is working fine.
If you dont have Fastboot rom then download this zip archive and extract files.

Message on telegram.
the zip file is corrupted.
Hi, it seems to me that the baseband firmware in redmi y2 is getting corrupted on most software upgrades. For me it caused VoLTE issue.
Please download the fastboot rom for redmi y2/s2. Extract the ROM and find the dummy.img file. Flash the dummy.img using the below commands.
fastboot flash modemst1 dummy.img
fastboot flash modemst2 dummy.img
i think this would solve most network issues in miui.
*The above commands does not erase your data, but don't be lazy to take a backup! *

stuck on twrp recovery wont boot
