Try another cable and another charger, individually and together and this way you will be able to deduce if it is 1. the cable 2. the charger or 3. the phone that is defective.
Original charger used?
Also clean USB port in your phone.

Bit confused, a lot of the reviews stated that the Honor 7 would come with fast charging capability, but that the charger included would be standard. Is the included charger standard, and if so where do I buy a fast charger for it?

Any "Anker" (many, many, other manufactures available) charger with 2.1A PowerIQ ports will work well. I use this one myself http://www.amazon.co.uk/Desktop-Charger-PowerIQ-Technology-Samsung/dp/B00XX4A83O

Dear customer
Thank you for contacting Vmall.
Just use the charger that comes with the device. The Honor 7 has fast charging by itself.
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

You don't need any additional charger. The charger you get with the phone is fast charger. It charges with 2A current and you can see fast charge symbol in the status bar when charging.
As far as i know, the 16gb china version comes with 5V 1A (http://www.vmall.com/product/1915.html#3723,57) charger while the 64gb comes with 5V2A (http://www.vmall.com/product/2312.html#4875,57) charger. The latter is the official fast charger for Huawei although both are fast charging.
Not sure what kind of charger comes with the international version.
my is international (uk) comes with 5V 2A. 16GB version.

All chargers independently of the model are 2A. Hence all are fast chargers as if the charger can produce sufficient current it is just on the processor to enable fast charge. And processor is the same for all models.
There is a menu option on my uk model to enable fast charging
Hi there
For a fast Charging we need a special charger that send 9v instead 5v; 5v 2a are good and fast standard chargers nowadays, but to enjoy a fast charging, we need to buy a certified Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0, looks that some samsung fast chargers algo works well.
I found some chinese review about the offical Huawei Fast Charger there is the link:

Regards,
Is there are any way to see if the phone is taking a higher voltage? I've got two QC 2.0 chargers that output 5, 9 and 12V and don't see a huge improvement (it's fast, yes, but no faster that I can see than using a 5V/2.1A charger).

Yes, it's enabled. Not sure why you'd ever want to turn it off.

If you are in no hurry you might save battery life by not using this option. Just a guess as fast charging usually shorten battery life.

I doubt it make such difference in the grand scheme of things. The phone will probably be long gone by the time the battery life is noticeably reduced from charging at any speed.
I am not aware of any other phones having such an option.
It's almost as if Huawei just wants to emphasise the feature having been late to the party on any type of fast charging.

Well, even manufacturers say it is safe, if it is your only/main charger, you might want it make a slow charge at night or if is not necessary to charge fast in order to keep battery healthy as possible.
I also don't know if that options are enabled by default.

Only with a USB charging meter really.
Honor 7 definitely supports fast charging with a standard 2A charger. It charged from 10-100% in around an hour.

I have original dash cables, that's why i'm asking. I have OP5t.

you will charge only in dash speed not warp.
Isn't it just a name change for the exactly the same technology just to make up "improvements" in 1+ 7 pro and sell the same cables for different price?
Suddenly my phone isn't charging in my usual wall chargers.... Connected to pc and it charges normally... Wireless it charges normally but with Wall chargers it doesn't. Any clue?

Are chargers working with other phones? Original Samsung or some other brands?
It's amazing how much we actually use our phones in a given day, especially when we watch "videos"! Rate this thread to express how many hours of screen-on time you can get on the Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro (Redmi K30 Pro) before depleting the battery.
Then, drop a comment if you have anything to add!
Coming from Samsung Note8, this is a huge step up.
No gaming, no GPS navigation, only light browsing and some other non heavy stuffs like WhatsApp, telegram and YouTube.
Aod always on (off at 12am til 7am), Bluetooth always on (connected to Huawei watch gt2), GPS always on, adguard local vpn always on.
Redmi k30 pro zoom, China ROM v11.0.19.0
Poco F2 Pro. Global EU ROM.

I'm only on my first charge and at this rate will be another 24 hours until I need to charge again, but early signs are that battery life will be impressive.
I removed FB app and replaced with Maki.

YouTube, Facebook, SMS, Calls. As everyone.

On you screenshots it looks like only for Youtube.
If somebody can provide some screenshots without only video/wifi it would be very helpfull
Lmao Then buy it and provide "legit" screenshots.

Was actually one of the main reasons I opted for the Poco F2 Pro. Was battery life. I'm using a OnePlus 5T with a 3300mah battery and only just get through a day. Usually recharge it during the day. I recharged my OnePlus 5T over night and it's on 50% battery at midday. The F2 Pro charged at 4pm yesterday and still at 80% charged the next day. Very impressive so far. Overnight battery drain was only a few %.
So, I took my phone through the paces: I charged the phone late in the evening and put it in an airplane mode. To my surprise, it was at 96% when I woke up... I went on a biking trip of around 75km (46.6 miles) at 11 AM, took quite a few photos with stock camera and GCam, had a phone call, a few messenger chats and active GPS tracking via Endomondo (not optimized by MIUI) all the time I was cycling plus some navigation in Google maps. I came home at 11.30 PM and there was still 12% of battery left. I would say I'm really impressed with this phone's battery life

MIUI 12 is rubbish
Please back to miui 11 (11.0.6 is very much better)
Yeah miui 12 seems to cut battery runtime by 50%. ?
I hope they fix this in next release.

It's supposed to have 5020mAh battery but I've noticed in apk called CPU-Z that allegedly its not that high, this app showed 3030mAh capacity. Dues anyone else have same issue? I've bought it new. Any solutions?

Are you sure that's a capacity reading you're quoting?
I just downloaded CPU-Z to check and it doesn't seem to offer any battery capacity reading. Under Battery it gives a Voltage reading, mine being 3885mV at this moment
Meanwhile the Ampere app gives a capacity of 5020mAh. Maybe check again using Ampere?
