Convert VTR-L09 to a dual sim

Hi,
I read a lot on the net about converting VTR-L09 to VTR-L29 to have a dual sim functionaity on a P10 phone.
Unfortunately all posts are quite old and it is not clear if it is still possible to do it or not...
Can anyone tell me how to convert my HUAWEI P10 VTR-L09 to a dual sim please?
I need detailed instructions
My current settings:
Model VTR-L09
Build 9.1.0.262
EMUI 9.1.0

Men I read in other post Huawei doesnt give unlock codes witch its needed for this method.

Help my P30 pro VOG L29

Dear all,
Would you help please, my P30 pro VOG L29 C185 suddenly not function camera, no vibration and no flash then no sound. I have updated to last EMUI 10.1 dan already rollback to EMUI 9 and back again to EMUI 10.1 but no result and can't fix problem. All condition in reset factory.

Type, for example, "Huawei P10 VTR-L29" in the search on androidhost.ru.
However, you need to know your hardware thoroughly to download the right firmware.

I didn't find Board Firmware there only stock firmware
