Product Sans modified font
I really like how clean Google's Product Sans looks but I just felt like it is a little bit to thin, that's why I decided to modify the font myself and make it just a tiny bit fatter, I only changed the regular (main) font and left the bold, italic, thin and other versions of the font untouched. At first I made the module for personal use but I decided to share it with you guys because I thought you might like it.
Comparison
Here is a comparison of Androids default font, Roboto, my font and the original Product Sans. (I also included a full quality image as an attachment below)
Left: Roboto, Middle: Modified Product Sans, Right: Original Product Sans
Sample images:
I made a couple of other examples of the font in a couple of apps like Google Keep, XDA and WhatsApp to give you an idea of what they look like, I also used my font for the banner image at the top. You can find other previews in my Google Photos album.
How to install:
1. Open magisk and go to the modules page
2. Tap the plus button and select the downloaded file
3. Wait for it to install and reboot
4. Done!
Compatibility:
- You'll need a rooted device with Magisk
- It works on most Android roms (AOSP, OxygenOS etc)
- May or may not work on Samsung devices, please let me know!
NOTE:
Install on your own risk! Even though I will try to help you when you run into problems, I am not responsible for any bricked
devices!
Changelog:
1.0.2
- Fixed some issues
- Added some extra fonts (which are barely used)
1.0.1
- Initial Release

Nice idea
Just curious, why are the font file sizes much smaller than the ones in this package:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/magisk/font-google-sans-font-systemlessly-t3841067
Apologies if I'm being silly... I thought Product Sans and Google Sans were very similar if not more or less the same, so why such a file size difference?

Hey, it did work great and feels great. Thanks for this awesome module. That problem happened in the other google sans and fonts module. It works great in this module. I'm using Poco F1 in Pixel ROM.

I'm also on a 7 Pro on the latest OB. I think the thickness is like it's supposed to be, some font do make the lockscreen clock more bold but that's not how it's supposed to be

Simply uninstalling will revert back to the default fonts. No need for a HARD RESET
By the way, Monotype Corsiva will look good if you don't want the "Year" view in Manila Calendar. You will get white blocks instead of the calendar. If you are ok, let me know, I will create a cab for you.

Hi there, great work. I am wondering how I can make my own fonts for my touch pro? I find it way harder to understand the expressions on android-emoji's vs ios-emojis..
Well, it wouldn't be that hard to do this, at least in terms of modification. Android 4.4's emojis are stored in a specific font file in /system/fonts, although I can't remember the name off the top of my head. However, if you could edit the file with images from iOS, a simple file swap would replace the stock emojis system-wide. I'm surprised no one has already tried to do this. I guess it would be tricky though, since you'd have to get all of the iOS emojis in high quality, something I'm not sure how to accomplish. Then you'd have to use font software to edit the images in the font itself.

I don't believe you can edit the images through the font it self. I am pretty sure the images are linked to the font somehow.

Was actually a really easy fix, literally using Apple's Emoji font file and pointing KitKat at that file instead of the original Android Emoji one

Hi guys, i'm djskarpia developer and i make icon themes for android. Maybe some of you know me for my StockUI or Cyrcle or Quadro icon theme. BTW, i'm here to post a FREE Theme: it's the first version of STOCK UI, my first theme that collected over 7000 downloads as a paid theme on play store. Last weeks i remade all icons and i made a new version (restyled) that i published on play store. So this version is the first version and not the second restyled that is currently published. The over 7000 downloads are a proof that this theme will improve your home screen To support me and my works, i suggest you to open the dashboard that comes with the app and look for my themes on play store (all quality works and supported with weekly updates) and buy some or all of them (you won't regret that). In alternative you can open the link i'm providing in this page. Now move on the theme

I really love your icon packs. Especially Quadro is to my taste: good shape, nice vibrant (limited amount of) colors and good interpretations of the original icons!
Small suggestion (probably not the right place, but here goes): to lower the scale factor of unthemed icons. Most icons use the full available space, so when scaling them up they don't fit in the icon
Also, some existing icons can use an 'update'. For example Adfree; it has a much nicer icon now (umbrella) than before. Also it seems to be lacking a true KK-like phone icon.
Still my daily pack though, 99% to my taste
Keep up the good work djskarpia!

This is a custom edited and rounded version of the new "Roboto Light" from ANDROID-L
All individual Glyphs (characters) have been hand edited to add rounded edges instead of the sharp ones on the default.
Lot of my effort has gone into making this. The single inspiration being that Google decided to remove "Font Antialiasing" from Android (due to MS/Apple patents I believe).
Even on higher res screens with 720p and 1080p, fonts almost always look better only when antialiased or "soft" feel to them.
A very good design study was done by "AJ Lopez". Check it out here for the mock ups he made -> https://plus.google.com/photos/+AJLopez/albums/5837125639349602945
I am done with Alphabets, Numbers & Symbols. Still working on Cyrillic and others that come in the default font.

Same error here....its downloading only 94 kb file instead of 6mb,dnt kno y.
I think there's a little problem with the navbar...
Also, there's some RR icons which aren't themed, but that's not really important.
Otherwise, that's a pretty neat theme! I'll be using it along with some other themes (mixing and matching things), but I really hope the navbar icons get fixed and, if you have time, the RR icons get themed
Looks awesome!!! Thanks!!!!!!
The Sim Cards option is still in green, please change it, otherwise, awesome theme
Nice theme, looks awesome and sleek! Just a couple things. The battery / battery text is black for me, so I can't actually read anything :l
Edit: Oh, I suppose that's just what happens when you're under 15%?
Also there's one unthemed icon in my settings: it's an OTA icon
Other than that though, great theme! Love the colours.

Is the navbar supposed to look like this? It's awful.

Quick workaround: download any Xperia theme (I suggest for XperiaPOP Z4) and use its navbar, replacing the theme's one. It's the same one, but with fixed size and resolution.

Nice theme :good: i've checked it out on my tablet (2560x1600 pixels)
- the keys are mapped incorrectly in the calculator
- wallpaper has a low resolution on my tablet
