I have read some articles here in the forum and tried this without success. Please help me what else can I try and do.

Did any of you try flashing the pit file too?
Try manually reinstalling the OS. That should resolve your issue. If not then take it to a Samsung Service Centre
I am stuck in the same situation basically, I tried 4 frimwares from different regions and nothing helped.
SM-G950FD
Exynos version
S8:crying:
If you have oem unlock then install twrp and flash no verity opt encrypt then it will be working

Hey guys,
i just created this account because i'm really lost right now.
since 3 days i'm trying to flash a new version of cyanogenmod on my phone, but it always failed because of an TWRP error (error status 7).
it wasn't really a problem because i just flashed the working version(cm-11-20131222-Nightly-i9305) back on and everything was alright.
but now i accidentally deleted this version and the cyanogenmod site doesn't list it anymore.
i've been trying to install a new version on the phone with always the same error no matter which version i try.
after i looked it up here, i deleted the assert part in the updater-script. doesn't work either.
so i upgraded the TWRP to the current version via Odin because i read it could help.
and now it only saids:
set_metadata_recursive: some changes failed.
E: Error executing updater binary in zip <PATH>
Error flashing zip <PATH>
and i can only boot into the download or recovery mode now.
i hope anybody can help me with that. i also could offer the recovery.log from TWRP if it would help.
Wrong forum, i9305 has a specific section where you're most likely to receive an answer. Report your own post and ask a moderator to move it.
Usual advice is to flash a full stock rom using odin then start over, check the md5 of any downloads.

Your Knox warranty is void you can no longer flash stock firmware you'll have to download a rom that the highly respectable devs on here creating for you to use... you download the rom, boot into twrp recovery and flash the rom from there and it should get you up and running again.

I downloaded the rom on Sammobile and the flash was succesfull but when the phones reboot, in the blue screen, I saw the DRK error but then the phone rebooted and enter to the stock recovery with this message:
No support SINGLE-SKU
Supported API: 3
dm-verity error...
failed code : 0x02
Im searching on but I can find the solution. I tried doing full wipe and reboot but nothing. I flashed again, but no solution. Any idea? Thanks!

No this didn't fix it need help
Hi there,
Now, this issue may already been addressed but if so, I couldn't find it.
I have a T810 tablet and I was running the stock ROM. Last year I flashed a custom ROM and so I thought when I entered recovery mode I was using some kind of custom recovery tool. But I was using the system one.
I formatted everything before attempting to flash LineageOS 'Apply update from SD card', resulting in the following output:
Code:
-- Install /sdcard/lineageos-16.0-20190407-nightly-gts210vewifi-signed.zip --
Finding update package
Opening update package
Verifying update package
E:failed to verify whole-file signature
Installation aborted
Now, obviously, when I try to turn the tablet on, I'm redirected to the recovery tool because there is no OS installed.
Also, I suppose this tool isn't meant for any type of zip file and I need a specific one.
Can someone point out to me where I can download the appropriate file?
I tried for the brief moment I could make ADB work flashing a ROM but it resulted in a similar issue.
Thanks for your help!
EDIT:
I tried flashing 'T810XXU2CPD9_T810XAC2CPE2_HOME.tar.md5': E:failed to map file
Everything I flash with adb result in footer or signature error.
I would really love an insight on how I can fix my tablet now that I f-'ed up everything.
I'm sorry for bumping this but I'm still trying to figure out how to unbrick my device. If you have anything for me, please tell me. I don't want to lose my tablet.
Can you enter download mode after reboot?
If you can,you can flash an official rom with Odin.
Cheers
My phone is stuck at Samsung Logo I have tried (Stock firmware, wipe data, factory reset nothing works) and the recovery gives the error mentioned in the title.

I have tried smart switch but i am not getting device initialization option in updated version. How ever i have downloaded an older version and found device initialization option it asked me for device model and serial number. I have entered correct information still it is giving me error invalid model number or serial Number.

tried downgrading to 8.1.0?
did your developer option have oem unlocking option? Its that even if unlock bootloader but if your developer option doesn't show oem is already unlocked then it says that to me as well.
But hey I don't know everything you have done, you might have done everything correctly still it screwed you. Best of luck bud.
if you dont mind what happens when you flash the firmware?

My device is stuck at samsung logo and it is not booting. I have tried to downgrade it to 8.1.0 with odin and it was successfully done.
But issue remains the same. Hence it is not booting so i am not able to unlock OEM. I am getting error in recovery that is E: failed to mount /efs (invalid argument) . Somehow i found a threat with a solution and for that i need to install TWRP in my device.

I needed to tweak date to make OEM unlocking: Bootloader is already unlocked on developer options after flashing stock rom of other region but for my exact region it appears each time and I dont need to boot to rom to flash twrp, I can flash the ROM and twrp simultaneously only in my device's original firmware(8.1.0) but not in rom of any other region and on pie.
I hope I'm not annoying you, could you try flashing 8.1.0 by unticking auto reboot ----- force reboot ---- odin --- twrp.
Edit: this thing doesn't make sense.
