Please help me for this little confusion

Hello everyone,
I'm planning to buy Xiaomi redmi 4 in India. I've found that it is named as redmi 4x in China.
1. If you guys can clarify if both the device are same.
2. If redmi 4x development is also applicable to redmi 4(India).

Redmi 4 is for india user, and 4x for globar user. The development are the same.

Hi I have purchased the mi9t pro EU version of the phone and would like to unlock the bootloader and possibly try a rom. Are the instructions exactly the same as the k20 pro for carrying out the procedures or do I need to wait for a separate Mi9t pro thread.
