K20 pro Gcam

Which Gcam is the best for k20 pro? Stable and no bugs. I just flashed Lineage os. Which is suits for this ROM? Thanks!!

face retouching is not working in any of this port
The skin look very sharp and over saturated ,
Any one hase noticed this problem ?

It won't work. You will need to take AnxCam.

Can anyone test if this gcam works well on x2 pro

I am about to purchase this phone, but counting on the use of GCAM because the native of these Chinese does not always do a good job, today I saw that the parrot has released an AWB support version for samsung sensors present on this phone. Can anyone test and tell me if this version really works on the phone?

Only if works great on the phone, photo, night sight and portrait in rear and selfie cameras haha. In AWB mode have the option for this samsung main sensor, GW1 if i remember.

Can you post some samples against the native? Configs it's activate hdr+ and use 32 frames in advanced settings and setting the pixel awb mod to Samgun GW1

For a first test, everything is working except the slow motion. It forces closing.

Can't install it (global rom)
Edit : work after uninstall gcam 6.1...
- can't select more than 26 frames HDR+ enhanced (with more, no photo)
- can't use "sabre" (crash)
- you can select awb Samsung but I can't see better quality with it.
Finally, I prefer 6.1 gcam at this time

Can you show some samples of this two version of gcam and the native, it's good to our see the results and compare.

Gcam has hdr enhanced
Stock is aldo hdr

I find the gcam to produce much more accurate colours to what i see in real life. And has better depth. Whereas the stock tries to smooth out everything

The problem with Gcam is that currently it works only for the main camera and the front one...

You already try the urnyx version ? if works you can use telephoto and ultra wide.

This gcam is not very good for x2 pro. The photos are very bland and all color, saturation and others options do nothing when you change it.

Below is is an example of the only photos I've managed to take so far. However the Google camera port definitely has a more natural tone. The oppo camera has a more vivid look to it

Have you found a way to support auxiliary lenses ?

I prefer Oppo's colour science over GCam there.
There are a couple of good X3 pro v pixel 5 comparisons out there on YouTube. There is no reason to want the Google cameras.

Part of the joy of android is being able to play around with stuff like this regardless of weather you need it or not, don't you think?

There's many new builds released like MGC and LMC that work good also without an XML, for MGC you can download the aweme package that can shot with wide lens but have a bug on normal lens, I prefer LMC for normal shot in day light, you can find all simply searching on telegram

First I tested the gcam good working with redmi 9.
Nikita GCam Port 7.4 from https://www.cyanogenmods.org/google-camera-redmi-9/
It works without problem , makes pictures and records movie.
Next I tested gcam 8.1 recomended for redmi 9 here :
GCam with all 4 camera work

Installed it in poco m4 Pro. It is working but feels janky. Too many frame drops as well. But it's working.

M4 pro uses Mediatek Helio G96. It can be in it. But 5g version should be much faster.

I'm using the SNAP version (but Google Should also work fine)
I had to modify a few fields in the Developer Settings to have "everything" (that I tested) work.
Will upload the XML later (with just these modifications, no color or noise things done)
But if you want to try right now you should apply these changes in the developer settings.

-> This is for video recording and if i remember correctly timelapse / slowmotion
Untick :
camera.cuttle.glpreview
zsl_ns
-> This is for night mode crashes

Could you check if time lapse works on your phone? I've just tried it on mine and it doesn't, the rest seems to work OK

I asked how to have the timelapse for Redmi note 10 5G device but it seems that it cannot pass on our device. I searched and I found a paid app on play store which does intervalometer and in addition takes control of GCAM ;-) it costs a little more than 1€ and I no longer worry about finding a solution. (it works perfectly for all gcam modes).

I'm just waiting to have no more cloud in France to test outside and especially for the stars ;-)

Are you talking about Astrophotography timelapse ? or just video timelapse ?
If I remember correctly there is a GCAM with a feature that makes a timelapse when you shoot an astrophoto, but I never could make it work.
But normal timelapse works fine on MTSL

I've just reinstalled it and it seems to work now. I don't know what I was doing wrong last time.

Timelapse on astrophotography. Not on video. It takes the number of photos I want with the interval I want.

Just purchased 2 Redmi Note 10 5G Dual SIM Graphite Gray 6GB RAM 128GB Global - will need to do some adjustments once i receive them like a GCAM and wot not. I know it's coming with Android 11, NFC and all. hope the fone is decent enough.quick question why is it that poco m3/redmi 10 r on the same thread? r they EXACT replica of one another? i hope we do have ROMs for the Redmi 10 though. coming from moto forums where I've been using my Moto G5S Plus for the last 5+ yrs. now finally no more ROM for it (last 1 being Android 10)

Connect to gcam telegram group, and try version u prefere. 8.1.1 GSM should work fine on your device

Is there a Gcam for LineageOS 19.x GSI?
