Hello,
I was quite happy of HyperCam before my device got updated to Android Q. It had most of the features working, plus on screen buttons to switch between the 3 cameras.
Of course, since I received the update it does not work anymore. I found a Hypercam based on Gcam v7, but i can't access all the camera modules.
What are you guys using on MIUI 11 ?

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately it doesn't fit me because the quality is not amazing and there is no way to apply config files. Also there is no filming at 60fps and the autofocus doesn't seem to work properly with the 2x lens...

Thanks for that. Unfortunately the gcamator app keeps crashing on my phone. I emailed the dev.

slow motion works only in SD resolution, works nice but yeah 480p, i think would be great if you can change the icon for a rounded one.

My test are exactly opposite And in front camera the difference is extraordinary..

Which Goggle camera version are you using ? Also are you trying only normal mode or HDR+ too, tell me tho HDR+ configuration as whenever I select any of them fro the list the app force closes... And if tat settings is off then HDR+ will not work.
Update: got v 3.8b working... With these settings

Well.. I have install the Google camera 5.1 now, it mean the new version. You must uninstall the previous version and install the new version

just enable cam2 api, and just install it.
UPDATE: i found a new apk which is working absolutely fine on android 10 roms.
negligible or no freezing issue or shutter greyout issues. (rarely- with flash on pic doesnt click, so turn off the flash and click again)
personally i have tested it on Evolution x, Pixel Experience and Havoc ROM.
Features-
1. it has super-res feature with upto 10x digital zoom. Working absolutely insane?. (attaching sample)
2. night mode working perfectly on both cameras.

Most of the asus zenfone max pro m1(6gb) users facing a problem with their gcam. Problems are:-
1. Sometimes Shutter icon turns gray and doesn't click pictures.
2. Hrd+enhanced settings sometimes crashes.
3. Hdr processing stuck in the middle and need the device to be restarted.
Guide.:-
Either its the android oreo problem or the previous apks problem. But now my version of gcam never crashes or shows bugs as listed.
+ it has google lens support.
I am giving the link of the gcam. apk i am using.
Guys if the problem still happening, try switching to aosp extended pie rom. This rom. Is buttery smooth + g am never crashes even on extreme settings.

Brother use aosp pie, PE PIE is not that stable, and most gcam versions are working in this rom

it's not working... The main camera interface comes up with no preview, but switching to google lens gives preview . if i switch from still to video, the app crashes....
Can u make a fix for the 4gb/32GB version also?
Btw, arnova's gcam is working fine with preview, but i miss ur tweakings...

As i mentioned in my post, not every apk work best with every rom. I just shared my experience was best the combination of this apk and aosp pie rom.

its bug. open gcam let they black like that. then turn off your screen. after locked, try to unlock your phone. viola your gcam working again.
always use that trick if your want to use gcam. :highfive::highfive:

i have tested pixelcam 7.3 jairo_rossi but, before and after apply the xml config file for the mi 9 lite, the program lag and slow when showing camera input for take photos. I'm on android 10, stock miui, all "official", no unlock. In this condition the software are inusable. Have you test it?

I'm running Xiamomi.eu with Magisk and Buffer Fix module installed. But the PixelCam app has a Lag Fix option in settings (More Options and Fixes). Not sure if it helps though.

It's working on PixelCam_7.3_V5.4 for me. But only for photos, it crashes when switching to video with ultrawide.
It's turned off by default btw
The only other version i tried was 5.0

Yes. Wide is not working. I even tried with ANX. But no success.
This module increases Mi 11 Ultra minimum default auto brightness (which is too dark) to become more comfortable for eyes. Works on MIUI based roms (MIUI 12.5)

I have just tested it on Note 10 Pro, and it doesn't work unfortunately. I'm using Velis Auto Brightness, which is flawless in solving the problem, but I would rather not to have to use a third party app for that.

It depends on many things , you can read the original thread for the mi 9
I installed this in the Mi 11 Ultra and the fix worked. I no longer have the annoying dark screen which would force me to adjust brightness manually.

Working on alioth miui 12.5 but its change my battery capacity to 5000 mAh,but its okay
Is there any mod which makes the screen DARKER when at the lowest stage on manual slider?
I ask because when I put my kid down for the night, he wants me to lay with him. I feel like even though the brightness slider is all the way down, its still fairly bright. I had an iPhone before the Mi 11 Ultra and it went DARK when fully down. Please let me know if there is anything like that for this device

You should install it in Magisk as a module. This is not a TWRP flashable file.
Got it working, I had brief amnesia for awhile and then I remembered how to install it
This works as a Charme till the update to miui13 with android 12.
Does anybody have a fix for this fix?
