Force EIS on 60FPS video recording? - Redmi K20 Pro / Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro Questions & Answe

Hi all, is there any mod to force EIS to enable when recording in 60FPS or does it only work for 30FPS? I don't know why xiaomi didn't enable it for 60FPS video recording - the hardware is very capable of doing so.

I think it is hardware specific and can't get through software

OP3T not supporting 24fps video recording framerate?

Since our stock camera app does not have framerate settings, I tried to download Open Camera. When I set 24fps framerate, and hit record, it says, device does not support this framerate.
Anyone knows what other video recording apps that can support 24fps or is it a problem for our OP3T? I was actually planning to make a short film using this device.
Anyone?
Filmic Pro works fine so don't worry that the phone doesn't support 24fps.

Nope...At least,I know that the J3 does not have any Image Stabilization....I don't know anything about 60 fps or slow-mo tho

I don't think A2 can record 4k video with EIS enabled.. Because as far as I know this phone only capable to record 1080p 30fps/60fps with EIS enabled..

You are not right, when using stock rom without camera2 api enabled, you can use EIS on 4K with Open Camera, and it is really stable... Problem is how to use EIS when camera2 api is enabled, because of that you loose 4K option in open camera. I am using Snap Camera HDR for now, and for good lighting conditions it is more than good 4K +EIS. You just need to turn down sharpness and you will be noise free...

Can you provide me more detail please... Because I just know about EIS on 1080p... By the way I'm on Pixel Experience rom with camera2 api enabled..
Try Cinema Fv-5 app, it can record 4k with EIS. You can use the app without root or camera2 API enabled. You can also control the focus, White balance, exposure, ISO, and some more. Just go into settings (in the app) and click on video icon, then select 'Show extended video resolution'.

Is there any full-manual camera app which is compatible with Pie?

Is there any camera app that let me fully control the camera? Video recording precisely.
The most important option for me is [email protected] + ability to control parameters like iso, shutter speed and locking the exposure.
As you all know, these idiots removed pro mode from official camera app and this phone is literally unusable for video recording. They even removed [email protected] from camera2 API, so external video recording apps are unable to record 4k 60 fps video using official API.
Maybe some devs found some workarounds?
