Unzip the ROM, find the update script file, edit with notepad and rename all words RAPHAEL to RAPHAELIN or vice versa.

Are you saying K20 pro premium ROM is working but Indian isn't, that's strange. Is there a COMPATIBILITY file in the zip?, If yes delete that and try

Not much really, infact if you're in Indian or Chine ROM then you better stay there since updates are usually fast. And They have stock MIUI Dialer with call recording support, Global MI 9T Pro ROM have google dialer.

Yes, apply for bootloader unlock again, you'll have to wait for another 7 days if it's first time. 30 days for another mistake after.

There's 3 variant, Los, mi9 and miui support, so whatever your rom requires there is a version from the dev, they're all pretty good for battery

It's just the type of FOD implementation, Los is lineage based and oss is open source, I don't really know enough about the dev side of stuff to tell you more
