Can i Install Xposed while rooted with Magisk?

i couldn't install xposed framework,phone is rooted plus installed twrp recovery(3.0) and any help would be really appreciated.i've stock 6.0 firmware.

i'm flashing magisk via TWRP, magisk manager installed, root ok, safetynet passed, but why magisk not installed?
You installed very old version of magisk. Latest version is 15.3.

Is it possible to run Xposed on Moto z3 PlayI?
I've tried it from the Xposed module in Magisk and directly from the Xposed Installer, but it just does not work. The system does not boot after flash Xposed.
I'm on Android 8.1
Has anyone installed SuperSU instead of Magisk for root?
