Neither do I.
I was there for a while. But Telegram is a mess.
And I'm glad dev is here too.
It is quite on XDA. And I think that's a shame.
Well, guess I am to old.
Best regards

You don't need Telegram to access to News section.
Just as easy as https://t.me/s/RevengeOSNews, search for Tissot at the top.
Read carefully, almost at the end of build's post you'll see currently reccomended Gapps.

Is the Kernel Enforcing or Permissive? The latter would be solid NO from me.

Hi. I've tried it and it's fine. I returned to RevengeOS 2.7 for incompatibility with Android 10 of some apps I use frequently. To return to RevengeOS 2.7 just do a full wipe from TWRP. I, for safety, I also restored the backup of the EFS partition of Android 9.

Might be because you tried the ARM64 variant. Try these ARM builds: https://sourceforge.net/projects/opengapps/files/arm/beta/20191209/

Support:
We spend an astonishing amount of time developing this software. We can't spend much time on XDA as a result, so if you need support, please try the following:
1) Search. Search, search, search. Yes, you. I don't care how unique or important your question is, it's very likely someone has adressed it already. Especially if you're even close to new at this.
2) Read our FAQ, which can be found on our website. Carbon FAQ
3) Ask a question in your device forum. Someone will no doubt try to help you. Warning: this help may come in the form of telling you it's a dumb question that has been asked before. See step 1 - such are the perils of asking questions when you haven't done the research yourself. Android is about helping yourself.
4) Join our Discord server! There, you can connect with other Carbon users and our developers, and you can get quicker responses to your bug reports. The invite link is right below.
Install Instructions:
Flash the newest factory image
Move your ROM + GApps + TWRP.zip to your internal storage

Reporting Bugs
DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab /proc/last_kmsg. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues. Any bug not reported in the bug report format below may be ignored.

Thats great! I was thinking its a port... Being source built is why it is unbelievably smooth..
Also, I was wondering - Since the battery life is the only area for this ROM which could use some improvements, can I flash optimusdrunk kernel 90hz over this build? Thanks in advance ur work much appreciated :good:

Always Have a full functional Backup. Just in case!
DOWNLOAD ROM
First time installing crDroid to your ENTER-PHONE-NAME, or coming from another ROM: <--THESE MAY NEED UPDATING FOR YOUR PARTICULAR DEVICE; BE THOROUGH IN INSTRUCTIONS-->
** Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
1) Copy crDroid zip, gapps zip <--& vendor img, if applicable--> to your device
2) Boot into Recovery
3) Wipe cache, system, & data (or just cache & system for a dirty flash).
4) Flash ROM
8) Flash gapps
9) Boot up
For root, AFTER you boot into the ROM, you can go back to recovery and install Magisk XX.x (whatever is most recent).
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
The only difference between clean flash as above and upgrading is you just wipe system & cache, leaving data. Everything else is the same. ***Remember to always clean flash before reporting problems. Clean flashing is always the best method of ROM install.
KNOWN ISSUES
Don't expect any support if you:
- are not running the included kernel

I've used twrp-3.4.0-0-kagura.img. After first boot I try to get in twrp recovery to make magisk app install but "data" isn't mounted!
Anyway rom works well.

Well, thank you for understanding, by the way, what's the most important case with the camera?

That's a change of Android 12 XD. Signal icon will hide automatically if data is off. (=•ェ•=)

DO NOT FLASH img of TWRP, it will replace the MikuKernel and lead to bootloop! Use TWRP installer instead. o(* ̄▽ ̄*)ブ

I see....
I saw your build using the device tree from LOS and its family (Carbon, StatiX etc) which has mic and speakerphone issues.
Is it possible to use the AOSPA device tree which doesn't have that problem?

Hi, really sorry for late responses.
I already using your latest rom build. Like your said, start with 090. It's great rom absolutely. But some crash like Quickstep, but don't mind, i'm using Lawnchair.
I will update for especially mic/speakerphone problem.
Thanks.

You can download it from the backup link, or if you check the telegram channel that's linked in the first post ,there are newer builds available.

Thanks. I totally missed the Telegram links.
Really want to try this ROM but with no specific install/flash instructions is a risk. OP would you be so kind and edit the post with install instructions please, it'd be greatly appreciated. Good to know you need 090 as a base, but then what should be done for flashing, thanks in advance. Looks really promising. Hope it comes official someday.
Great job on this ROM, pretty interesting and sort of different to other roms out there. In the event that someone else wants to flash, I followed these steps:
1. Flash 090 stock build
2. flash LOS recovery
3. in LOS recovery go to apply update from adb
4. sideload .zip file
5. reboot
I am currently on 0.9.8 build (downloads available on Telegram channel).
New build coming up soon @Undying-yueyue please specify if the steps I mentioned are correct, and also for new build if it can be a dirty flash or clean flash. Thanks in advance!
