Alarm clock uses notification volume? - Redmi K20 Pro / Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro Questions & Answe

I need my alarm every morning, and recently I found out that the built in clock app in miui 11.0.3.0 uses notification volume for alarms instead of alarm volume. Is there anything that can change that? Or is there a separate app I need to get? I'd rather not be listening to email notifications all night.
Alarm Clock Version: 9.2.26.4

[Q] Change Smart Alarm Sound & Volume

Hi,
does anyone have any idea(s) on how to change the Smart Alarm sound to a non-default one, and control it's volume separately from the general alarm volume, and if so, what are they?
I really like the idea of the Smart Alarm, but Samsung's implementation of it is terrible.
Thanks in advance!

[Q] Next Alarm shows up on all clock widgets when no alarm has been set

Hi,
I am on rooted 1.1 stock. I am not sure which alarm app I downloaded and played with but I currently do not have any alarm apps installed on my NC. However, while configuring any clock widget when the option to display the next alarm widget is chosen, I see the next alarm time set to 00:16AM. Also, the alarm never goes off at this time and just keeps resetting itself to the next day. Any idea how I can fix this next alarm error?
TIA

[Q] Increasing alarm sound?

Hi,
I know there is app called Increasing Ring in store, but that does not seem to work with LG Alarm app.
Is there any other way to keep the stock Alarm app and yet have increasing loudness?

alarm clock dismiss

i do not find an option to dismiss the alarm if i wake up early. The only option is to turn off the recurring alarm. There is a notification which shows up a minute before the alarm sounds to dismiss it.
In oneplus that notification would show up an hour before the alarm sounds and could easily be dismissed without affecting the recurring alarm.
Is there any setting to allow me to dismiss the alarm for the day rather than turning it off?
I am currently using the stock clocck app. Thanks.
You can use Alarm Clock Xtreme, which has the option "Skip next".

Alarm Clock Question

I am using the alarm clock: Alarm Clock Plus.
When the phone screen is off, the alarm opens full screen so I can interact with it. When the phone is in use, I get a notification bar that I have to click in order to open the alarm clock. I would like to eliminate the notfvication bar. I've checked the settings for the app and am left thinking that it's some feature of the OS. Can someone tell me how to change this functionality?

Have you asked the Alarm Clock Plus developer?
I sent an email, but have heard nothing back yet.
