You tell me with proper logs!
Flashing Instructions :-
Copy Rom.zip,GApps,Vendor and PIE Firmware zip to your SD card or Internal.
Reboot to Recovery
Wipe Dalvik,Cache,System,Data.
Flash Rom and GApps. (Vendor and PIE firmware when you are on RealmeUI)
Format DATA.
Reboot To System.
Wait for few minutes and ENJOY the ROM.

1. Reboot to Fastbootd
2. Download the proper ZIP
3. Wipe Data/Cache/System when coming from non-AOSP ROMs
4. Flash the ROM
5. Reboot to System and Update / Dirty Flash

Reboot to recovery
Install ZUI 12.5.365 firmware if not already installed
Wipe Data/Cache/System/Vendor
Format Data if you come from A11
Flash the ROM
Install Magisk if you want (v23 or newer are recommended)
Install the ForcedEncryption disabler if you want to keep your Data unencrypted and be accesible from recovery (recovery doesn't mount encrypted Data partition in A12 so far)
Reboot to System
Update installation:
Download the proper ZIP for your device
Reboot to Recovery
Flash the ROM (GApps and/or Magisk will be self installed
Flash the ForcedEncryption disabler if you had disabled the encryption before
Reboot to System
