I bought the smartphone on my vacancy, the smartphone is the international version but I need it totally in Chinese. I can change the language to Chinese but I can't setup the region to a Chinese one, the result is that for example the Huawei App Market does block me from installing some financial apps because I'm in the wrong region (choose Hong Kong temporary).
Is there a way to solve this? Without rooting?

I have a unlock AT&T tilt, and I am using T-Mobile service now. I want to read Chinese and install some Chinese software on this. Anyone can recommend any traditional Chinese ROM for me to wipe the manufacture WM6.1.?
Thank you.
Hi. How can I find out which languages are loaded on to a particular counties Galaxy Note. I'm concidering buying an Indian GT-N7000ZBAINU or UAE version as I need Arabic as well as the English. Any ideas?
I don't quite understand what you mean. But you can go to Settings/Language and Keyboard to find out the supported language.
the OP is asking because each region's phones only have certain languages loaded. for instance, my german phone only has european languages, plus korean. not sure what the indian note would have...
The available languages depend on the Firmware which your device will be distributed with. I think you are on the safe side because even if Arabic is missing (assuming you need right to left) you should be able to flash another Firmware which will contain the language support you need.
In this thread you have an overview of all available Firmwares:

Hello all,
I am planning to purchase this phone in australia, and am wondering a couple of things:
1. Is there anything actually wrong with the chinese rom, and can I use everything just like on the international rom
2. Does anyone have any experience with purchasing from eglobal, as that is where I am buying it from (I am in Australia)
3. Can I set the chinese roms default language to English
4. Is there a way to hide the bloatware that comes on the device
5. Is there the potential to brick my device by flashing the rom to the international version
Thanks, all help is appriciated
There are some sellers here in the UK that flash an English ROM including Play Store before shipping. I don't know if that's possible in Australia from your chosen seller.
The problem with setting things to English (rather than flashing English ROM) is that some stuff will inevitably still show in Chinese.
I have a Canadian note 9 and I try to change the UI language in Greek but the "settings" menu is not properly translated. The most of it is still in English.
I tried the language enabler and other commands but the results is still the same. Since we can not root that phone and I guess all american models is there another way to have
a properly translated menu?
Hello, i have the same Problem... I have a Canadian Galaxy Note 9 (SM-N960W) and when I set the language to German only some texts are translated and the most text stay in English even after Reboots and the latest Firmware Upgrade.
And before anybody suggests that i should buy the global version of the phone: I won the phone and i'd like to use it.
kind regards
I bought a OnePlus 10 Pro, but is the China version, I want to know if I can install a Spanish lenguaje, and how can install playstore in this mobile.
