I'm using nitrogen oreo with sinai kernel, it's okay if i just flash the rom(clean installation) ?
Big comeback!:good:
Only one issue is interesting.
How this ROM handles the services that consume the battery, compared to other ROMs from Oreo.
tried using pico version of Gapps and got 'insufficient storage space in system partition'
how to fix, please?

Code:
Insufficient storage space available in
System partition. You may want to use a
smaller Open GApps package or consider
removing some apps using google config.
See '[Your Path]open_gapps_log.txt'
for complete details and information.
For now, we have a ROM for testing.
So, either you can read messages and customize the installation of gapps,
or wait patiently for a version with more free space in the system partition.

Thanks for the reply.
I've tried removing TTS using gapps-config.txt, but still not enough space.
Also, how long for first boot? Even if gapps not installed, stuck on boot animation or >20 minutes - have followed instructions to the letter above
Waiting patiently now :good:

That's right. ROM has problems with boot.
That is why it has the status of "testing".

Did you do a clean flash aka wipe everything except internal storage (TWRP's advanced wipe option)?
What root solution (which magisk if at all, stable or beta)?
GApps, custom kernel, any Mods?

Support is based upon the modem, which is the same across ROMs (since you do not generally flash a new modem with them), if you want LTE, you'll need to flash the hybrid modem in the forums.
Also, keep in mind that the Nexus 4 only supports a single 4G band, so you'll need to check whether your provider supports it, and that it has coverage in your area (highly unlikely, since this band is mostly used by T-Mobile inthe US).

I'm no developer yet, and certainly not the maintainer here, but have you modified the ROM ins any way (uninstalling system apps, installing a custom kernel, installing Xposed, etc.)?
And also, do you have logs.
To fix an issue, one must first find it's cause.

Thanks for updating this ROM to this date!
Had an unfortunate event with my tissot, so I have to use mako as my main device for a week. This ROM runs well, no bugs, and it has lots of unique customizations! It feels really good to use with my N4. Hopefully I'll fix my Mi A1 in a week. Until then, I'll try to use Nexus 4 in mid 2018 with this Rom
Thanks again! I hope you update it regulary in the future, too, as I'll use this as my favorite second device even after a week!

For some youtube videos, even setting the volume to the lowest setting keeps a annoying noise coming from the speaker. Any idea?
The flashlight does not turn on and the button is clamped - it also hangs the phone. after clamping the power button
At work, there are small delays, such as microfreeze, the speed of copying from the phone’s memory to SD is depressingly low 3-5 megs per second, Wi-Fi screens on the computer were initially poured at 150kB / s (finally, tin) increased to 750kB / s by the end and tom thanks
It seems that the smart has lost 2-3 cores from 6 processor ones, everything is somehow inhibited - open. A folder with screenshots in the phone's memory in ES Explorer and wait a few seconds while it draws tambneils next to the file names.

Finally :victory:
Yeay !
Everything seems to be working, Magisk, Google Pay, ect ... Very nice work ! And i think this is the only ROM i've seen with a perfectly working Pixel Launcher !
Smooth and fast, and touch latency seems very low, lower than other Android 10 ROMs i've tried.
Only thing missing are the usual Alert Slider and vibratin options, but hey, this is a first beta build
Nice!
@rdjr5 where is my credit lol
Is magisk v20 works fine here? Latest magisk not gonna remove twrp after flashing latest magisk?
The ROM is working great. Two things to note:
1) Casting to a wireless display causes the phone to soft reboot
2) Alert slider doesn't keep it's options while DND is on (ex. Changing from vibrate to silent with DND on turns off DND)
Great job with this ROM. Excited for the stable builds
not for 6t...?
what about camera guys? are you using a gcam that works?
also, is it possibile to use a full working OOS camera?
Finally! Well done?
Are there any freezes and navigation bugs on this rom too? I got problems on all other Q roms, especially using new navigation gestures and pixel launcher.

Ow, I agree. It's okay. 6t will get oos 10 better earlier than op6
Has anyone tried using a beta version as the base?

To be honest, just go with stable. With the "wrong" base, you'll face bugs, or worse, full crashes because of libraries incompatibility (SyberiaOS is an unusable crash-fest over B25, but is perfect over 9.0.9 for example) and you're gonna have to clean flash over the good one anyway.
If they say 9.0.9, just go with it
Okay. Downloading 9.0.9 now. The issue is, I don't have a laptop or PC and am not in my hometown for another few months. So, the only way is to use TWRP and flash 9.0.9 over OB25 (which my phone is currently on) and then flash PixelExperience. Hope it works as intended.
