Hotspot problem in Redmi Note 9

Hi,
I purchased Redmi Note 9 in Croatia (EU) a few days ago and when using hotspot on the mobile phone to connect internet on my laptop , hotspot was turniong off often by itself.
Tried to find solution on the web and finally I made reset of wi-fi & hotspot on the phone . Now it seems to be working OK for 2 days .
MIUI 12.0.3.0 Stable ( QJOEUXM)
I read that new upate patch and MIUI 12.0.4 is comming . Will it install automatically on my phone ? When will it be available in Croatia?

Hi I can not find a working TWRP for my Redmi 9.
Redmi 9 (Model: M2004J19AG ) 64gb version
MIUI version: MIUI Global 11.0.9.0(QJCEUXM)
Android 10 QP1A.190711.020
Android security patch 2020-11-01
Kernel version 4.14.141-perf-g1517327 (still original)
Does anybody can help me maybe I tried like 5 differend from nearly everywhere but non of this starts...
