Why does it show vendor image mismatch? Also, build status on the rom itself says unofficial, along with the brightness issue when with Evira Kernel 2.2.

hello . am getting an error when tring to flash the rom
E: String resource 'ZIP_Compatible_err' not found. Using default value.

Hello, I have flashed this ROM and it's okay so far. I've had some issues but fixed them. Evira Kernel caused brightness problem. And that Vendor Notification comes up every time OS boots, but no problems occurred because of that I think.
Also I would like to know what does the Vendor do? Do I need to flash it even though there are no problems.

It's really the best Q rom i tried but i have only one issue :
I cant put the navigation buttons and the q gestures are not working well (swipe back) other than that awesome.

There is a fix for that. I found it from the thread for Viper OS 6.5 for SM-A500(XX).
@herbertsilver mentioned that flashing this from recovery will fix navigation buttons

Sorry but this zip does not fix gestures but the physical buttons and the hard keys on the phone are fixed. I also don't understandy what you mean by what "they are not showing". Do you mean the lights? That can be accessed in the settings, in buttons section and lights.

I thought you were talking about the physical buttons. Like the physical home button and the hard keys. The fix is for that and not for gestures and on - screen navigation.

What bugs is there? I tired Dark Droids havoc 3 and 2 button Nav bar was leaning to the left, tried changing it in Nav bar settings but it didn't work

How stable is this ROM for daily use? I'd like to switch to Android 10, but so far all the ROMs have bugs that don't deem them daily drivers for me just yet

Thanx for ur hard work man... As per the screenshots lawnchair should be there. But lawnchair is not included. Is there any way to make it work? System is asking to format SD card. I clean flashed the ROM over official build.

Hello gents
Just a quick one to report some feedback on few bugs i found in Havoc-OS-v3.0-20191114-lavender
The ring volume, the notification volume and the in-call volume are extremely low (boosting the volume for the in-call volume does nothing at all either.).
If you are on a PERFECTLY QUIET, NOISE INSULATED OFFICE ROOM, then you can have a conversation with the other person on the other.
However, the moment you set foot outside that becomes impossible.
You can reproduce the bug by following these steps:
Step one: Dial a contact's number (that is to say call someone using the phone and not any of the VOIP apps)
Step two: start the conversation
Step three: step outside on a moderately noisy street.
Step four: have the other person call you or text you on a moderately noisy street ,and then on a busy street where noise levels exceed 60-70 decibels.
Expected results when making such phone call/receiving a text message:
1)Have a clear and loud volume at minimum 85dB -100 dB which is the necessary value to hear the other person when the phone call take place on the street
2)Have a clear and loud ring volume both for the incoming call or the incoming notification sound.
Actual results: The values for STREAM_VOICE_CALL ,STREAM_RING,STREAM_NOTIFICATION (That is to say the phone call volume ,the phone ring, and the notification volume) are WAY BELOW the EU-wide safety limit on volume levels of 85dB .
Looks like devs only tested their devices indoors without taking them out on the street where it can get quite noisy sometimes.
Cities are noisier than the quiet office rooms.
For example in London where I live the noise levels exceed 60 decibels ON A DAILY BASIS. Therefore the current settings are not really working
On the plus side , is fast , nice no bloat on it and is very smooth.

Complete camera setup isn't working for now. WIP

Incall volume fixed on this rom or necessary to apply a fix?

Unfortunate the sound is very bad. You can' t colorise statusbar, (clock and Battery indicator) havoc fonts are missing etc. Nice try, but far from former versions.

what recovery did u use for installing magisk? couldn't get it work using twrp-3.3.1-0, got updater process errors.
Update: nevermind, install OrangeFox recovery and was able to install magisk.
Under configuration center--Buttons-- Power Menu is not working, FC. therefore can't enable Advanced Reboot unless the use of third party apps, looking forward to a fix on this at your convenient.

Power menu is dead for now. Wait for anushek to fix it. Its source side issue.
And use orange for all android-10 Roms.

Download lawnchair apk. That have all the havoc fonts.

I think priorities should be essential functions such as default quick charge camera wifi bluetooth 4g ota updates and etc. like theese functions after that rom could be usable for daily driver. Btw Havoc os is great but still first working rom should be lineage os after that other derivative roms should follow but main stable rom should be lineage os official.

And the group is definitely closed, no one can write messages.
All new versions are server built, no changes have been made in the ROM in these newer versions.

hello, i have problem with this customrom on redmi note 10 pro global /sweet) .when i install magisk and want to open systemsettings the systemsettingsapp of havoc didnt open. settingsapp crashes.. when i set selinux to permissive the systemsettings opens. how can i get magisk working in system-enforcing mode that settings not crash?
