Anybody here has a fix for this? It worked on my Lenovo Z5 pro gt but that device is my daily driver and I have not much use of my mi5 so I'm planning to use this to apply effects on my guitar. Tried it on pixel experience rom Android 10 and aex rom Android 9 but with no luck. Any solution will be much appreciated!

Retail users have been stuck on 8.0 from more than 8 months for now and me too like some people here do not mind 8.1 if we are going to get Pie.. But there are only a handful of roms available for such a good device. Still RR, CarbonOS are in works but no Pixel Experience? I've read that Pixel Experience is soo close to Pixel devices that even the apps like Digital Well-being which is a Made by Google device exclusive is available for them. I do not know how to get or contact them for bringing the ROM to this device.. can the people working on 9.0 GSI work on this!? I really would love that ROM on this device.. pls bring this to attention on anyone who can work on it ??

The only ROM that's still under development is LineageOS, version 15.1 is official now and we have version 16 under development, you can use this version as a daily drive, SD need some fixes (adoptable storage don't work) and minor fixes to Lineage features, here I'm using Pixel Launcher, I did a custom installation of Super package from OpenGApps to exclude some apps and maintain what I want and the Pixel Launcher.
Digital Well-being is here, I don't remember if it's ROM integrated or from GApps, but it's here.
I think we don't need someone developing especifically for our device because Treble is here, thanks to @erfanoabdi he's working on LineageOS and if some vendor fix is needed, you can ask him.

So, can we change accent color in our Redmi 4X ? If yes, then can anyone provide me the file or the link ? Or Redmi Note 5 Pro file will work for our device too ?

You should have change the rom the use this feature.
Well i prefer you to use havoc os or syberia os.

Are they good enough as a daily driver ? I'm using Pixel experience & it's good enough.
Yeah both roms are good.
Worth a try and can be used as daily driver with stock kernal of both roms.
Try not install magisk or rooting your device after that
Stability of ram reduces.
But without magisk or rooting I'm using havoc os .
So awesome rom.
Syberia is good but I'm using airtel so it didnt connect sometime to 4g network.but if you are using jio then you can go for it.but on havoc network is great.
I prefer you havoc after that syberia.

I agree, HavocOS is the best for me
Yeah havoc is great for customisation
But pixel experience ia best for stability.
Anyone can build official/unofficial pixel experience rom android 9 if possible or even 10?
I want to enjoy the pure stock android feel on Rog and use 120 Hz as should be

did you installed the drivers?
Try using a USB port 2.0 (mine is only recognised in this way on my new pc).
I have a question: you have updated your device, is it possible to downgrade to the latest xiaomi.eu rom? (the baseband will be overwritten with the previous version?)
I ask this just in case i had to send the device to a service center.

Idk much about that and I just want to start asking how do I install the Xiaomi stock camera app in my Redmi Note 10 Pro with a custom ROM installed on it.
Also if anyone can explain me what does been "ported" mean thanks

May a ROM developer can help you.
But it's really difficult to get MIUI cam working in non MIUI Roms.....

Ported/Porting/Ports means a specific software that only works on selected devices and giving it support to work for other devices.
In the case of your question, Xiaomi Cam, or MIUI Cam, is the default camera application for Xiaomi devices tunes by Xiaomi themselves and only works for Xiaomi devices, with specific features for each devices.
ANX Camera is the port of MIUI Camera that works for Custom ROM and some non-miui based OS. ANX is a Magisk Module too meaning you'll have to root your phone to install systemlessly. Link to the download:

I recommend you to use v204 even though it's an alpha release to get the closest camera quality similar to stock. If that doesn't work, try the stable release which are 190R or 185R.
