You dont get a permanent menu button in tablet ICS. It only appears when needed by an app. If you want it on perm there will be a setting in settings menu somewhere, not tried this rom but I know its on others.
Is their a mod to hold the back button to kill an app aka force close it. on a custom ROM that is not AOSP.

Because it's not the same !
He's asking for a feature included in most AOSP and/or AOKP Roms, where you can kill the current app by long pressing the back button. What you get by double tapping the home button is the recent apps menu.
I'd love to see that feature in a Sense based rom, kernel or mod. But it looks like it's only available in AOSP based roms only (except for 1 sense rom named renovate i think).
Does anyone know a mod that can be used to get the feature in Sense roms ??

Actually, there's already a Sense based ROM that has the feature, it's called Renovate : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2202696
I'm currently using AHRD rom (sense, without the back button to kill option), because AOSP roms are not stable enough yet, but once they are i'll directly swith.

Does this change the icons as well? As is the back icon on left or is it just now the back icon is the square and recent is the triangle?

It does not change the icons, for that you'd have to change the hardware. I personally turn off the button backlight in the ROM settings so it doesn't bother me that it's the wrong icon

I flash it and works but I wanna go Back. Any way to do that without reflash my ROM?
I would like to configure Long Press and Double Press actions in my OmniRom
I finally had time to make a reset to stock zip so you don't have to reflash the ROM to go back

Do you mean hardware keys? on any custom rom I think.
Under Setting > Accessbility you can customize it (home, back, recent) hardware buttons. Just customize and try it out.

If you customize Home key as Multi you can long press it for screenshot.

You can't customize for one touch or double tab, there is only option for hold/long press for the three buttons.
I think what you want to do is only possible with Nougat roms, I tried few of this rom you can do it one touch, two touch, long press and you can do different actions.

I can't guarantee any features you asked for we give it a try and live with each rom pros/cons. I have tried Ground Zero rom (Tipsy,Tesla) it's all right and maybe Hexagon rom if you want to try it. If you want everything working good maybe better stay with stock rom and worry free.
