has anyone found a way to make this possible? I want to install a custom rom on my samsung A70 but no matter what I do I cannot unlock the bootloader because OEM Unlock is missing from Developer Options. Have tried turning back the date 7 days, turning off auto updates, etc etc etc 3,000 restarts with different configurations, Odin, loading into bootloader and trying adb but sideload doesnt work on samsung :crying: and still no luck.

I have few question.
At XDA, i saw solution for oem unlock with changing date. It worked at first time, oem unlock option is shown. after that, i flashed twrp and then root. everythings seems fine to when i reboot my phone.
i got error that say "only official released binaries are allowed to be flashed" and went for bootloop. I install original firmware and it is fixed.
but now even at bootloader shows oen and frm lock's off, there is no option for oem unlock. the changing date method isn't working and i cant flash twrp or sth other non-original samsung things.
so why i can't flash anything now even if oem and frm lock is shown off at bootloader?
is oem unlocking the only way for flashing twrp?

hi.. i have an galaxy g950fd,
im currently using the last firmware without brand in my contry (zto) its G950FXXU4CRKB
when you reset, the oem unlock are hidden for 7 days.
what i do is:
01 - get develop option and mark usb bebbuging and unmark check usb instalation....
02 - put your data on manualy, and set to 10 days "ago"
03 - go to update, and click on manualy update ( it ll show that you are on the newest firmware)
04 - reboot your phone, it will go back to correct date and time..
05 - go to develop options and the oem unlock will be there!!!

when i install twrp, RMM-State_Bypass_Mesa and magisk 18
then it boot ok. BUT, when reboot.. BAM!
soft brick with the message "only official released binaries are allowed"
so my rmm didnt worked.. how can i bypass this?!?!

I have a Xperia 10, i1331 version. It has the bootloader unlocked and was rooted successfully (many thanks for the info in this forum)
Then, I gave root permissions to some apps, aa mirror and carstream for android auto, for instance, they work perfectly. But Google Pay does not work, even hiding root...., Because the Bootloader is unlocked, so I need to lock it again.
But I need to find a way to lock the bootloader again without reseting the Xperia 10... and keeping my Root permissions I did., Does it exist any option to do this????
As you know, with some Rooted devices, if you lock the bootloader again they do not loose the root permissions you gave to some apps, Don't you?? but with XPERIA phones (bq and xiaomi seem to be the same) once you lock the phone they automatically reset everything and erase all Root..... , a disaster.
PLEASE, do you know any possible solution???? Thousand of thanks.
Sadly, it's not possible to lock or unlock the bootloader without a factory reset.

Now situation is my phone is not allowing any custom rom to be flashed it says "only official binaries are allowed to be flashed boot" and with official software I can not use Sim for seven days to get the kg state back to normal. I have tried all solutions including changing of date back and updating software. My frp and oem are unlocked. Please guide me any solution.

I recently got a new S21 Ultra and I was trying to unlock the bootloader & flash stuff.
I haven't rooted phones for a few years, so I am unsure how much has changed. As far as I know, EU Exynos models have unlockable bootloaders, don't they? My S8 did back then.
As I noticed the OEM Unlock option Is missing from the dev. settings. Fastboot can't seem to detect the device either. If I go to DL mode, I see a line OEM Lock: on(L).
My build number is: G998BXXS6EWBB
One UI: 5.1
Is my BL completely locked or is there any hope that it can be unlocked?
