i need a original battery for my mi 5s
plz send a link for me
thx for your help
common i need your help
plz answer me
i really need the battery
just buy any u can find with decent reviews, or if aliexpress is available, buy from aliexpress.
generally when it comes to these kinds of battery replacements it is quite impossible to verify the authenticity of the batteries without buying them, and given how old the phone is, there will be hardly any available.

Guys I'm sure this Question would be raised much earlier, but not able to see this post. Read a lot many negative reviews about this phone, flipkart having issues with replacements, service centers not operational etc.. In a big dilemma weather to buy this or not..
Genuine advice please.

For the money you are paying , it is definitely worth. Even i saw many negative reviews but later most of the users got their replacement , moreover the bugs are software kinda issues you could official Xiaomi English forum to fix software kinda issues.
I bought my Mi3 from flipkart only i dont have any issues so far i bought 2nd flash sale on flipkart. The sim card tray will be lil hard to open just push it hard it will pop out So Definitely for 14k it is Worth it!
a phone with better specs than Nexus 5 for half the price, do you really have to ask that question?
i am paying considerably more for it because i have to import from china, and i'd say it is still worth every penny.
for that kind of money i would only get a low-midrange device in my country (except i would go for a subsidized one with provider lock)
as with all electronic devices, there are probably going to be duds, as even the best QC will not test every single device. happens to the best. should not be used to judge in my opinion, except there is a high number of failing devices.
you have local service centers, so even that would not be a problem.
i envy you people in India, and still there are some *peeep* complaining.
check your alternatives in that price range and then tell me if you found something better?
sorry for the ranty post... i certainly don't mean to offend anyone.
don't worry too much, just buy one and enjoy it.
Lol...I just ordered my third Mi3 yesterday for my son...
i'll buy it
for me mi3 is just unfair for smartphone competition, it will drag all the fancy phone come play to the ground. MI 3 still the best phone in its class compared to others. just minus couple of things like no sdcard, no lte, not a water proof and not a dust proof. Other than that, it is a great phone and the best in its class..

Hi guys, Im in Bangkok in 2 days and I want to buy this phone, pro version. Anyone knows where is the best place to buy it? I know about MBK and Fortune Town but I want to be sure its not a fake and they make a lot of these of course or sell the normal ones but replace the batteries with the crappy ones. Is it possible to get a real one there and get a decent price on it? Can anyone suggest anything?
Does anyone know where to purchase an original battery for the mi 5s?
I got mine at Taoboa. Don't know it is really origional or 3rd party battery, but works fine on my phone.
Thanks for the replay, do you know if they ship internationally, and do you have a link to the item?
I got mine form here:
https://detail.tmall.com/item.htm?id=561831592547
The web page is Chinese only though.
that page's not bad since it also packages the dismantling tools with the battery. however, shipping availability depends on where you live.
I bought from AliExpress 6 months ago. The battery health is still 90%+
URL:
SG$ 12.16 20%OFF | 100% original Xiaomi BM36 Battery For Xiaomi 5S Mi5S cell phone battery r Xiaomi 5S Mi5S Batteries bm36 BM 36
https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/bijVSKDi
First battery I got was only 2800mAh from AliExpress and issued a dispute. The second one was 4150mAh and health hasn't deteriorated in 6 months
Bought one on aliexpress and after 2-3 months it swelled up ans I had to remove it. It is ridiculous how all companies don't sell parts for their phones forcing people to spend money on a new one.
Forget about buying so called original... the ones that claim they are, simply aren't. The "original" I bought didn't last 6 months.
I would recommend avoiding the ones that claim to be original. I guess it's better to buy from reputable brands. I bought a BM36 battery from Nohon on AliE. Recommended. It's not cheap, but if you want anything near original quality you got to pay for it.
Need original amoled display for my MI8(6/128) . I am confused which one to chose from Alixpress.
Please suggest me good one. And also share your experience if you have bought any.
I'm not really familiar with the repair world, but this one seems good.
Dont buy from ali. This shop has genuine http://www.dragon-tt.com/Products.aspx?my=pro&sid=118&fcid=11
Usually, I buy all my replacement parts on http://www.witrigs.com

The only shop I know that sells original xiaomi parts.
Never ordered there myself, but heard only good things about this shop.
I did search aliexpress over and over, never found any original part there. Don't waste your money. It's not just about picture quality, they all break really easy and there is no way telling the trash apart from the slightly-above-trash.
My experience with aliexpress displays: 2x mi4, one for about 20$, another for about 50$. 1x mi max for abour 25$. I couldn't tell them apart.
But there is another way around this problem.
You should check ebay in your country to see for how much you can sell your broken Mi 8. Take the money and buy a new phone.
Most times it's a bit more expensive than self repair, but it saves you a lot of time and work.
Hi,
My mother's A2 Lite battery swelled inside the phone, and the phone restarts anytime. Here in Brazil we don't have official Xiaomi support places, just lots of small stores where I can buy very inferior clone batteries, which don't hold the phone on for much time, just for some hours.
I think its very hard to know who is selling a authentic battery just based on the price. Do you know a seller who sells authentic BN47 batteries? Or how to import it straight from Xiaomi? I can't find it anywhere!

I think you can find this on eBay, and buy from a seller with good feedback:
mi a2 lite battery: Search Result | eBay
Buy and sell electronics, cars, fashion apparel, collectibles, sporting goods, digital cameras, baby items, coupons, and everything else on eBay, the world's online marketplace

Thanks for helping.
How can I be sure if the battery is original? We have a lot of online sellers here too. Don't get me wrong, but original parts are way harder to get in these sites.
The first seller in your eBay search is a trusted seller, however the battery seems too cheap to be original (EUR12.90)... I once bought some large sized SD Cards from trusted sellers, paying a reasonable amount of money and all the cards resulted fake. I got a refund after all, but I don't want to pass through this again.
I would even buy a more expensive one if I was assured the battery to be authentic. Maybe some personal recomendations would help.

Thanks.
Well, actually, it seems I bought a relatively cheap but good clone battery (at a physical store), at least for the first week... It is practically identical to the original one, but the seller assured it is a clone, but a "first line" one. Surprisingly, at the moment, it is performing better than my own 3 year original battery.
I will keep an eye in the performance and lifetime of this battery, if I see it's quickly degrading I will try to follow your advice.
PS: A warning for anyone willing to open the phone and change the battery: pay attention when opening the phone because there's a big chance of cutting the short small flat from the fingerprint sensor. Yeah, I damaged the phone's fingerprint sensor...
