The light animation on my ambient screen does not work. I tried changing the region to Indonesia and India but nothing. I have the configuration activated perfectly.

Downloaded the teamviewer app on my p30 pro and galaxy note 9, i can remotely control note 9 from my p30 pro, but when i cant do the same on the p30 pro, it only mirrors the screen.
Even when you go wireless projection and choose desktop version, still cant control the default (factory) camera app.
Any ideas on how to remotely control the default (factory) camera app on the p30 pro from any other device. ?
