can not enter recovery mode..

hi,
my tattoo can not enter recovery mode after pressing [END]+[HOME], it's only show the "!" sign in a triangle and phone icon.. but it succesfully enter HBOOT mode my presing [END]+[VOLUME DOWN]
it has been rooted with m6..
can anybody explain what happen with my tattoo?

coolbits.. nope, my tattoo never been flash before, it just been rooted with m6 method.. so, is it normal if it's not able to go to recovery mode by pressing [END]+[HOME] when my tattoo has not been flash before?

If you didn't flash the custom recovery image, yes it's normal!

from memory the "!" sign in a triangle and phone icon
is the default splash screen and you just have to press some other button for menu
alt + L I think ... ill edit if I have time to dig it up running late for work and have my own flash issue atm

3.A yellow or red triangle with an exclamation mark (!) will be displayed on phone screen. Press and hold the Volume Up and Camera or Power buttons simultaneously to bring out the system recovery menu.

If the triangle is showing, then you didn't sucessfully ported recovery img.

Not dev. related question..
BTW I think you should install ROM Manager (with Clockwork recovery)
Then use the nandroid backup or flash another update.zip.
To rollback to original 1.6 use the WWE RUU

[Q] Problem while turn on, TWRP error, help please =)

I have read an article to upgrade android version on samsung galaxy s plus to 4.0.4 ics, actually 2.3.5, and first step was to flash TWRP Recovery 2.2.1 . I have flashed that and now i cannot turn on my phone normally , also i have do all the steps to install ROM 4.0.4 but when i reebot again it shows me that same page TWRP
please tell me how to remove that or how to reebot into normaly mode or something right =)

Can you boot into Recovery / Download Mode?

no, i cannot do anything, when i try to boot into recovery mode it brings me to twrp menu, when i try to boot in normally mode it again brings me to twrp menu, i dont know what to do to turn on my phone

Try pulling battery for 30 seconds then quickly put battery back in with 3 button combo for Download Mode
If there is a TWRP Error code number tell me!

Switch phone off...
Press volume up and power only.. release both after 3 seconds when you see logo

Loop in Recovery Mode

As title.
While I directly removed my battery from download mode, my phone starting to loop in recovery mode!
When i just pressed the power button without home and volume up button, the S3 LTE Logo pop-up.
After that my phone went to recovery mode automatically! Please HELP me!!!!
P.S. I just enter download mode without flashing anything.
P.S.2 While I am already had a loop in recovery mode, I have tried to update my CWM from 6.0.1.5 to 6.0.3.3 by installing zip from external sdcard
P.S.3 I have already fully wipe my phone data.

Boot into download mode and try to flash 4.3 or 4.1.2 firmware with Odin, Maybe it will resolve your problem
PS: If you care about warranty, don't flash 4.3 as KNOX is implemented,

[Q] Stuck on Boot screen on cutom ROM

I recently Flash Carbon ROM on my GT-I9070 but not able to sign in to Google so i was trying some update to host file but now I am stuck on boot screen while restarting.How to go to recovery mode now? I tried power+Vol down and Home button to go to recovery but still stuck at some Downloading. Cant do anything now. Please help!!!

You enter recovery by power +vol up +home button. You were entering download mode which is necessary when you want to flash stock rom using Odin program.

Question stuck at boot screen after twrp flash, cant enter rec and dl mode

Hello,
Please i need help i made something wrong, i forget after using multidisabler 2 times to format data. i think this is the reason
I cant boot either in recovery or in download mode anymore, iam stuck at bootlogo
My device is yet not rooted, this was my next step.
After many problems i made a factory reset with fw upgrade by odin. Everything was working till i flashed twrp with vbmeta and usin multidisabler without Format- Data
I cant do anything on the device.
When i want to enter recovery mode the phone vibrate just on the bootlogo but it doesnt enter twrp. Holdin Vol-down doesnt do anything, Vol-up it tries to enter twrp i think but it just vibrate
What can i do?
Damn iam hopeless, i need the smartphone asap....
Please help if possible

Aaah iam rescued, i can go to download mode after restarting holding both vol button then it enters download mode, **** iam happy
but anyway i did flash twrp again to gain access to twrp and doing again multidisabler
but i cant format data it says "Invalid argument"
EDIT: after reflashing fw with home csc it works to fornat but anyway i cant get rid of stuck in the bootscreen, i may live without twrp this time looks like i tried with flashing magisk26.1 from twrp if its a root accesss issue but that havent helped, so i need to flash fw again but with csc file which factory resets
bootloader is of course unlocked
it even cant mount data partition when i go under mount, because i wanted to download the patched AP file for root access
I have the latest version of twrp
