Late last year, Huawei announced EMUI 10, its latest software based on Android 10. They kicked things off with a beta that was made available for many Huawei and Honor devices. Today, the company is announcing (via press release) the rollout schedule for stable EMUI 10, starting with the Huawei P30 series.
Huawei continues to march on despite its well-documented situation within the Android ecosystem. EMUI 10 brings many of the features we’ve come to know from Android 10, including Dark mode, as well as Huawei’s own interface updates and performance and security improvements. The good news for those wondering about Google services is the devices listed in the roadmap were released before the ban. That means they will be allowed to continue to use Google services. Huawei has listed six devices that will be getting EMUI 10 this month and a bunch of other devices scheduled for “later months.”

hi all. will we get EMUI 9.0 on on Huawei P10 this weekend? As Huawei announced it would be available.
As far a I know a beta version is currently being tested by a small users group in China. I would not expect EMUI 9 on VTR-L09/29 this year and possibly it won't be issued at all outside China. Remember that the P9 only received EMUI 8 in China.

So are we going to get EMUI 9 or not?
There's no official statement from Huawei.
But there's a beta for Chinese models, so I think the P10 will get EMUI 9 but later, maybe next year.
Maybe like EMUI 8, when the next Android version is released by Google (9.1) we'll get EMUI 9 with 9.0.
Huawei is very slow with this and isn't very community friendly.

This is a beta like the German beta which is being tested since mid December 2018 - see following post.

n May 10, Honor started to upgrade its Honor View20 and Magic 2 devices with ARK compiler and now Huawei Mate 20 series is next in line to receive this update with added EROFS support.
Honor V20 receiving a new update with Ark Compiler support
According to Huawei China customer service, Huawei Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20 X and Mate 20 RS Porsche Design will be upgraded with EROFS file system in the next update of EMUI 9.1, this update will also bring Ark Compiler and expected to roll out by the end of this month.
